This home was a charming spot with so many positives. Located conveniently 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and tucked into a beautiful cove just a short walk from the back door. The interior was new and elegantly decorated with so many areas to sit and chat or play games. This was an incredible setting for our family to celebrate Christmas. 10/10 would recommend this house to any families with kiddos!

Great place to stay! There were 10 adults and 4 kids, plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely plan to stay again. The Polar Express was awesome as well! ❤️🎅🚂

This home is exceptional! We had plenty of room for everyone. We were nestled just outside of town where it is quiet but still convenient to entertainment and restaurants not to mention Walmart delivery!

Place was beautiful and the open large kitchen/living room was a plus. Had some plumbing problems the first night but with 7 bathrooms we got along fine. We couldn't get ahold of the property manager right away. Connected with us that evening and came out the first thing the next morning and solved the problem and cleaned up everything. There was a misunderstanding that there was no booklet located at the property with instructions of how to handle any questions. Property manager kept in contact the rest of the weekend and they didn't have to but did reimbursed us some for our hardship. Very thoughtful of them. It was a quiet area and very beautiful for our 10 older family members and everyone had their own bedroom. Would come back again if we have the chance to go come back to Branson again.

This property is just as described. It is very nice and updated. Very clean and comfortable for a large group. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and furnishings. A few hiccups future guests need to be aware of. Basement bedroom nightstands hooked to the wall so outlets are inaccessible for CPaps and chargers, bring an extension cord. The bunkbeds are in a hallway, not in the 6th bedroom as we assumed. A sofa sleeper in that den would solve that privacy & noise issue. Having said all that, we enjoyed it and had a great time.

The beautiful home was spacious and pristine. We enjoyed lounging on the sofas with all the pillows and wraps by the fireplace.

Great house the two master bed rooms were great with large tubs and showers. The living room was big enough for our group of 8 adults, large deck on the back, and nice fire pit. The listing is very misleading, it list the house as a 6 bedroom which includes a bunk-room. The house is only a 5 bedroom, the so called "bunk room" is a bunk bed in the hall, it is not in a room. As a five bedroom it was perfect for our group.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The location was easy to find. We will certainly come again when we visit Branson!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful Maia house. The two primary suites on the main floor are so serene and spa like. Perfectly thought out. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces are all open and large enough for our big family getaway. We enjoyed the back deck daily, very peaceful. Our kids loved their rooms downstairs and had plenty of space to spread out. We will definitely be back. We may try the house next door for our vacation in 2024, Willow. It looked beautiful as well!

Our stay at this home was fabulous! We stayed in the beautiful "Maia" home. We all couldn't say enough about the attention to detail in the design and decor of this spectacular home. The beds and pillows are amazing; we all slept like babies. We highly recommend renting some golf carts from waterside carts as it is an experience and very helpful to get around Indian Point. We really enjoyed the short distance to Thirsty's. All in all this was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Waterside!

Our stay at this beautiful vacation rental home was perfect. The cleanliness, decor, & amenities were above expectation. The spacious living area, full kitchen for preparing meals, bedrooms with ensuite baths were all very comfortable and inviting. The lovely outdoor deck & seating areas to enjoy the peaceful surrounding, including a firepit with comfortable chairs & grill for barbecues were enjoyed by all. This is the perfect place for a family(s) to enjoy their time together & all that Branson has to offer.

The Maia House was absolutely gorgeous!! Very spacious and clean. The furnishings and décor are absolutely beautiful!! All essentials and expected toiletries, towels and beddings as well as kitchen supplies were available. (The beds were very comfortable!!) Very quiet and not too close to the hustle and bustle of Branson traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially meeting family from out of state (as we were). We would definitely stay here again. We loved it!

Couldn't ask for more! From the parking to the outdoor landscape/seating to the interior design and comfort of the beds, this house is amazing! Booked this home for our large family gathering and was taken back by the intricate design detail that makes this home upscale, but cozy. We felt right at home. The back deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy coffee while listening to the lake hit the shore and the peaceful sounds of nature. The double primary bedrooms, just off the main living area, were wonderful. All bathrooms were like mini spa retreats! Downstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable as well. Cannot say enough about this home! The only thing that I would change is that I wish we could have stayed longer. WILL BOOK AGAIN!
