Great location…walking distance of great restaurants and Venice beach. Beach had rental paddle boards and kayaks. Rental had great amenities including gym, pool, hot tub, grills, and more. We’ll be back!

Beautiful condo in a great and safe location. Check in and out process was seamless and easy. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Just a few suggestions: black out curtains in the master bedroom, somewhere to store clothes that don't hang - odd to see no dressers and being able to control the temperature of the condo. We figured out it was motion sensored - during the day the temp was fine. At night - we would have to get up several times to adjust as it would get up to 78-80 inside. Overall it was a great week and we enjoyed your beautiful condo!

The property itself was as described. Unfortunately, during our two day stay there was constant drilling and banging coming from construction in the unit directly above us. We were laying over in LA for two days to rest up before a long travel schedule. Because of the construction, we were forced to leave the unit during the day. The manager was responsive and offered to move us to a different location, but this wasn’t something we could facilitate. He suggested I send my complaint directly to the owner through the VRBO reservation. I did so and offered to send audio of the construction noise. They responded and apologized for the inconvenience but I never heard from them again. It was beyond an inconvenience. It was not possible to stay in the unit during the day with the noise and fumes. The unit should not have been rented. Even if they didn’t know ahead of time about the construction, this is not my concern. We requested a refund but never received a response. I would not rent this property again.

I stayed three nights with my teen daughters. It was a great location for an LA getaway. Marina del Rey is great. Close to Venice Beach and the Venice canals where I walked each day. The building’s pool area was amazing! Comfortable beds. Plenty of space for us to spread out. Highly recommended.

Noise easily entered the condo as did light. Maybe some blackout curtains or blinds would be helpful? Area rigs to cut down on noise? The building, condo and common spaces are lovely. Also, well-located rental.

We stayed at this condo during our spring break. It was a great location for our home base as we explored LA. The property amenities are a nice perk especially the hot tub after an afternoon in the cold ocean! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the nespresso machine!!

We enjoyed our stay and the place was as advertised. Located in a good area. Clean & roomy.
