One of the worst stays I did ever, Room was dirty, have hair and stains everywhere, I took pictures for keeping, the reception "Called himself Jack" said it's dirty because it's rare that this room gets rented, how is that an excuse? Receptionist is very rude, Property is lacking cleanness and is not safe, fire alarm was removed and stuffed in one of the cabinets, Room door didn't operate normally, sometimes locks sometimes doesn't, Bathroom was nasty and the door didn't shut, bed have semen stains as well as bellows, bathroom curtain had blood stain. Front desk guy yelled at a guest for taking extra paper cup and another guest had to tell him to stop the B.S. Will never recommend this place and will never go back there, the cons are way too much to mention in a single review. Note: beside how horrible this place is, double that if you are thinking of taking kids with you, it's not safe nor clean.

Clean and quiet plus the staff were super quiet.

We came to stay to avoid a direct hit from Hurricane Beryl. However, Beryl hit Freeport as well as other communities for miles around. This was no fault of the hotel of course. Again, no fault of the hotel was no power which made the room very hot and the humidity very high ( made the floors wet and slippery).The entire city and surrounding areas were gravely affected.The manager was so pleasant and accommodating. She kept us informed of any news about the power.The housekeeper was great also. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before especially when we had to move temporarily out of our house. We had an excellent stay and.our stays have been several days at a time. We will go back if we need a hotel nearby.

Place was clean and comfortable. Easy in and out of the area. Perfect for what we needed it for. One night quick getaway.

Room has a kitchen but no utensils and unlike other studio hotels, management won't provide dishwasher soap. When we asked for it, they said we provide it. Hot water was not coming in kitchen sink and access card stopped working all of sudden before checkout time. Overall, poor maintenance and disappointing experience.

Didn’t change sheets for the 5 nights we were there. Arrived and there was stains and dirt all over mattress and sheets. Black mold on trim

Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was minimal. One of the rooms we rented the tv wasn’t working properly, we asked front desk to fix it but they did not. Also we ordered in one night and asked the front desk for plates, we are a family of 8 she gave 2 plates and was hesitant to give us more.

New , modern clean hotel about 4 miles from main entrance of Surfside beach .. I’d definitely stay again

The man and woman who apparently manage the hotel are always in a back room, and are very slow to respond to the bell and come into the checkout desk area. The 'continental breakfast' has yogurts, bread, and eggo-like waffles, with a toaster. Also cereal, though I didn't see milk. When I was checking out, no one came to the desk after ringing the bell twice and waiting for two minutes, so I left the key cards and original checkin information and left.

The bedding felt wet, very humid in room. Floors weren’t clean. Shower was clogged. Lady at front desk was not helpful and never answered the phone

Bad service, bad attitude. Breakfast bar not replenished. Had to ask for everything. Low replenish when asked for items that are cheap and keep people coming back. Very lack luster. Clean service at 5pm. So not clean when you got back from your day out. Just overall 2 star place!. Very noisy bar across street played music outside until 2am

This is a great low cost, no frills motel. The beds were great in both of our rooms and we had everything we needed. I did hear trains in the night as I don’t sleep well. My wife said she didn’t notice them at all, my son and his wife didn’t mention it either. We will definitely stay here again.
