Easy access via the key box, good communication, very quiet room and area (although there very few other people staying whilst I was there), good to be able to use the coffee/tea/sugar/milk from the kitchen - thanks.

I stayed for two nights and have been badly bitten - I think it must have been from ants. There were lots of ants on the work surfaces in the kitchen and I have come away with many very painful and raised bites! Also, please provide pillows with a bit more body to them - the ones in the room I stayed were very thin and weedy and did not support for a good night's sleep.

Location was great nice and quiet and not too far from where I need to be and from the train station also lovely property clean and comfortable.

Just a wee bit chilly at night but that’s all.

Nice room, bathroom was lovely. Only about 10 minutes from the centre so pretty close to everything.

It wasn't what we were expecting but once we were in it was way beyond our expectations. Its more of an air b and b, and having booked here with my parents and cousins it was actually perfect for us to spend some quality time together. The house is stunning, exceptionally clean, the facilities are plentiful. Every last detail has been thought about, we havent wanted for anything and felt really comfortable, like a home from home.. the host even left us some fresh food in the fridge. We've all had a wonderful time. Super value for the money too. Perfect.

Our only criticism and it's not really a big one. There was 2 of the rooms booked out by other guests (not within our party) so felt a awkward in the morning.. had we known it was a house some of our other family members would of booked the extra rooms as we were in Corby for a family engagement party. When it comes to the wedding we will definitely be booking here again.. also another small critic - my dad isn't a small man, and my mum struggled sleeping in the bed with him as it felt like a small double.. but apart from those 2 little things the stay has been perfect.

The room did not have wardrobe and cardboards. If you want to stay long and unpack your suitcases you will have a struggle. Otherwise, if you here for a night or two traveling very light, great place to stay in. The most cheapest in the Corby area, and very clean.

Place was dirty I walked in and walked back out do not recommend to anyone, then accused off trashing the place as they obviously got offended. So many people walking around it’s like a squat.

The location was fine and a quiet area.

I checked in advance that I could arrive in the late evening, as I had seen the check-in was possible up to midnight. I was told that was fine and when I arrived I should call for the keycode, but it was texted to me earlier. However, when I arrived at 10pm, the key-safe was empty. I rang the owner, who was surprised and speculated that people might have been using the rooms without her knowledge, which was disconcerting. No lights were on in the house and no one answered the doorbell that the owner had suggested as ring, as I was told there were 4 rooms in use upstairs. A person was sent to let me in while I waited outside. I waited 10-15 mins and a lady came and gave me a front door key. So it was about 10.30pm before I got into the house and into my room, 2, which looked ready. However, when I turned back the duvet, it was obvious from the amount of dry skin and staining on the bottom sheet, that the linen was not fresh. I called the owner, who was surprised, and suggested I was wrong, even though I had sent photos, but told me where I could look for clean sheets. I also told her I found the kitchen door was unlocked and was surprised to find the shared toilet/shower room had no lock of any sort on it. This added up to a poor experience, was was rather alarming as I was travelling on my own, as I had to wait outside the house in the dark from about 30 mins and then found the house was not secure. During that phone call, I made the point to the owner that I would have appreciated it if either she or the lady who came with the key had apologised, which she then did. I said I felt a refund was appropriate and she did not agree. On top of all this, the person in the room upstairs had an alarm set for 03.10, which rang for several minutes, then after about 10 mins went off again, then 10 mins later, for the third time. This was not the owner's fault of course, but was an additional negative. I cannot recommend this property and left as soon as I could.

Excellent kitchen facilities. Very clean bathrooms.

Two out of the three bathrooms/toilets have no lock.
