First I want to say, the condo was newly remodeled. Everything was new or almost new except maybe the bathtubs. ( They were clean and quite acceptable). When we checked in there was a problem with the access code on the door. After reaching out to the property manager, that was fixed in like 30 seconds. While I would hope we would not have to reach out to them, sometimes you need to. That being said. with this kind of service, it was not a problem at all. The location was good. It was in a quiet part of town, just a few blocks from the downtown shopping and eating district. We found a nice Irish bar just a few blocks away. I would definitely rent from this management company again and I would stay at this location if we ever get back to this area.

Extremely disappointed with complete lack of local insights provided by the management. 3 of the 7 restaurants listed in the sole local info page were closed for dinner/supper, but were not noted on the sheet. Other than that there was nothing to guide us into what a real host might provide for interesting things and places nearby. Clearly, a commercially focused enterprise.

This was such a comfortable, clean, well managed property. It is very new, so everything was in perfect condition. Great size for my teenaged kids and I. Easy 1 block walking distance to all sorts of independent dining, coffee/bars, shops, fun area. Although it is right off of a through street, it was quiet/peaceful at night. The beds were comfortable & space well appointed with towels/extra blankets, etc. Highly recommend!
