This property is the BEST EVER; beautiful, updated home; great location; every amenity you need; spotless; comfortable beds/furniture; comfortable front porch with patio and hot tub in back. Great host.

Very nice property that is located close to downtown Greenville. Melinda was a responsive and kind host.

This house is so cute and charming! Feels very homely and was spacious for four guests. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of board games. We didn’t make it into the hot tub (it was July) but I’m sure it would be great once it’s cooler outside.
The location is only about a 20min walk from downtown Greenville. Our host, Melinda, was fantastic! She gave us lots of local recommendations and was very responsive. The highlight of our weekend was renting bikes and spending time on the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

The house was precious! It was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds, cute coffee bar, open living area with comfy seating for our girls’ trip. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked, and everything was super clean. The hostess was very helpful and informative. We would love to stay here again!

Walkability to downtown was great. Nice home had everything we needed and the Hostess was very quick in responding to inquiries. Checking out instructions were easy to follow.The home was beautifully appointed.

This is more than expected. It is a beautiful, updated home close to downtown. We were able to bike to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a great walking and biking trail that goes through the downtown area. The home is located close to the downtown area as well. We will certainly recommend this home and hope to maybe return in the future.

This centrally located property was exceptionally clean, and well-stocked.
It also had a really comfortable sofa and beds, and an easy to use tv.
The host was extremely easy to communicate with.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something to make them feel at home away from home.

We spent four weeks at Melinda's house near downtown Greenville and we couldn't be happier. We wanted to be within walking distance of downtown in a place that was well appointed with an up to date decor. We got it and then some. Downtown was .8 miles walking distance and some locations we learned to enjoy were even closer. Melinda provided us a great list of eateries and "things to do". And when we told her we were working remote while in town and were in need of a desk, she went out of her way to accommodate; got us a desk and chair. We whole heartedly recommend the property, the host and Greenville and would not hesitate to stay again.

What a beautiful cottage! This was the perfect spot for our visit to Greenville. It is so close to all of the restaurants and activities in the bustling downtown area. The host has thought of everything to make it a home away from home. My boys especially enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

I would give 10 stars!! Beautifully done craftsman with so many little details. Just thought of everything! Communication was great with quick responses we came for family wedding and definitely felt at home there.

My husband and I booked this property for our Greenville trip. It was a convenient location for all of our activities with plenty of food/shopping/recreation available in walking distance or a short drive. We adored the renovated property & all the little extras you could want or need were there! Property manager was very communicative throughout booking & our stay. The hot tub is a nice bonus & was perfect in the evenings. Highly recommend & would stay again if returning to the area.

Very pretty house- clean, cheerful, has all the comforts of home. Yard is lovely! Love the front porch with comfy seat swing. Very relaxing to enjoy a beverage and read a good book. The house is very close to downtown. Host was very accommodating and friendly! Enjoyed our stay!

This home is beautifully designed and comes with a lot of extras. Coffee pods, creamer, snacks, extra paper products, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Above and beyond most properties we've been to. It felt like staying in a very nice hotel with full access to the lounge!
The host was very responsive, replying quickly.
The location was walking distance to downtown.
We would definitely stay here again.
