A very beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is also great, very close to airport, about 10 minutes by car or taxi. Nasser is a great host and I would like to thank him for all the good and fast communication and tips provided. I highly recommend this place!

I was arriving past midnight, the host was excellent and sent very clear and helpful messages and videos explaining everything. The host was always kind and allowed a late check out due to my flight being delayed. My review only covers the actual room as I did not have a chance to explore the rest of the apartment, (i.e. kitchen, living room, balcony) and the special access features that are offered when you stay here (you will get a card which you can use for access). The room was beautiful with large windows a view of the water (they can be fully covered for a late sleep in) and a comfortable bed. It's clear a lot of thought was put into this place, even providing some items in case you may have forgotten to bring, such as toothpaste, sunscreen and water. The location is also excellent as it's near both the airport and Yas Island. Highly recommend!
I hope to come back again and arrive earlier and take advantage of all that is offered in this unique special place with great host next time I'm in UAE.

The house is good-located, not far from an airport. It perfectly suites for a long-time waiting between flights. There is a pool and a beach in a residential complex. And there is Carrefour (grocery store) with a great selection of goods in 5 minutes from the house.

La posizione è ottima per qualche giorno di stop ad Abu Dhabi. L'aeroporto è a dieci minuti di taxi. Il residence è ben fornito di negozi, ristoranti e market. La spiaggia sotto casa è gradevole anche se il mare non è proprio invitante. Noi il secondo giorno siamo andati alle Corniche beach e lì il mare è decisamente migliore. L'host è sempre stato disponibile quando richiesto ed ha rispettato la nostra privacy in modo impeccabile. Anche la security del palazzo è stata gentilissima nel rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, per Abu Dhabi, è incredibile. Confermo l'ottimo giudizio che avevo letto riguardo questa sistemazione. Direi che mi è piaciuto tutto, l'unica pecca: le lampade sui comodini non erano funzionanti.

Удобное расположение, рядом с заливом, много кафе, магазинов рядом. Прекрасній вид с балкона на залив и на город, бассейн перед домом, консьерж не даст заблудиться, уютные комнаты и удобная кровать. Хозяин радушно отвечает на вопросы по заселению.
Мечтали покупаться в заливе, были уверены, что нам это удастся, нам не сказали, что берег закрыт на 3 недели для очистки.

The location and the convenience of the place being so close to Yas Island and Ethihad Arena makes this location the best place for a perfect stay for us. We came to Charlie Puth concert and we manages to rest well and enjoy the evening. And also with the amazing amenities comes with the room makes it an amazing deal!! Thank you Nasser !
There were some issues with the AC. Probably with our knowledge of the controller. Everything else was smooth.

From the moment we picked it,the owner Nasser was so awesome,he gave us a a whattsapp video,to explain the entry to his place and the video included a guided tour.When we arrived the amazing views of the canals and close proximity for shops etc.. were so close,walking distance.We were able to get a very cheap local bus from Abu Dhabi international airport,that basically delivered us to our front door in about 10 minutes ,from the airport for 2 dollars(k4 bus number).We had a private pool and even a private beach and the views from his balcony were so cool.The apartment has everything U need and is very modern and clean,and a great kitchen.
I would say,hurry up and snap up this absolute bargain cheap price as I don't know how this place at this price even exists.And the host Nasser,is an absolute superstar 😁

Nasser went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room itself was luxurious and meticulously designed, with every detail carefully considered. The convenient location allowed easy access to attractions and landmarks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Had a very wonderful stay experience , host is very prompt and helpful, amazing person. I usually stay in hotels when visiting on short trip to AbuDhbai, this time i thought to give it a try and it was a really a good experience.
Room: very clean and comfortable, with beach view from window, also living room has a balcony with beach view.
Facilities : apartment is located in one of the premium buildings so gym and pool facilities are really good. one of the best part is that building complex has its own private beach.

@ 3 minutes walk : Costa Coffee; Grocery store; an Italian restaurant and a Sushi place
@ 5 minutes walk : John the grocer, Carrefour market
Yas Mall and Ferrari World at 15 minutes drive, also AbuDhbai airport at 10 minutes drive.

Great location. very friendly and helpful owner. if you’re transiting in Abu Dhabi, I would recommend this place. Not that far from the airport. Also has a great view of the beach. Have pool and beach access.
