Basic, clean comfortable room (3B) located upstairs overlooking the beer garden in a small pub. Easy walk from the railway station. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fine too. Had a window which could be opened to allow fresh air inside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for an overnight trip.

Exhaust fan didn't work and a caddy in the shower would be appreciated.

Great value for money exceptionally clean.. very comfortable bed.. staff friendly and helpful .. location peaceful we had excellent stay.. considering we had come from Ireland for a family member's funeral we didn't want any extra stress on us and this venue was perfect to come back to afterwards..

Advertised as B&B but there was no breakfast, as the kitchen is currently out of action. Also advertised as parking available but there wasn't anything, you had to fight for a space on the road outside. The accommodation was in a busy pub, with the smoking area right outside the only windows to the bedroom. It was very loud and smelly until gone midnight on both nights.

The check in was easy, Jade was very friendly and helpful as we're the pub clientele.

The only minor thing which may have been a problem if we had stayed longer is that we were on the ground floor and any movement in the room above was very audible.

Friendly and very helpful pub landlord, especially helping me locate my mislaid car keys early the next morning after my one night stay

Parking is difficult next to the pub, although I did manage to find a spot just outside and my late arrival and early departure avoided the traffic wardens. I could hear an electrical motor that keep coming on through the night that was annoying.

The bed was comfortable, ensuite very clean
