Nice, clean place and convenient to the North Conway area. Kids enjoyed the house, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was very convenient, and I wish we had gotten around to grilling. Host was very available.

Great location, close to downtown, Story Land, Echo Lake State Park, Diana's Baths, etc. House has many updates throughout and feels luxurious. The hot tub was a highlight for my family and we enjoyed it every morning and night. Chris goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and was great about communicating with us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and having the Nespresso machine and Keurig was a nice bonus. We are a family of four with a four and six year old and the setup of the house worked great for us. Highly recommend to all.

My wife and I were very happy with our choice of a place to stay. Excellent house with all the amenities that were advertised. Quiet even though located on Rt#16, being set back from the road. Great location between North Conway and the beautiful town of Jackson. We would definitely try to stay again if we were headed back to the area.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Dave & Chris’ beautiful home! Chris texted me helpful information prior to checking in, which made everything a breeze! The house was immaculate & had everything we could need. The location is great, literally within a mile or two of everything you could want or need! The hot tub was so relaxing after long days of walking and activities. Just a heads up to other parents of little ones, the futon in the pictures is downstairs as soon as you enter the home & the door does not lock from the inside, but the storm door does. The master is upstairs. We didn’t know this until we got there so I figured this was helpful info to share. Our toddler is a bit of an eloper so that would have been a consideration for us. We had him sleep upstairs with us and it was fine, plenty of room in the bed. We actually did try to get him to sleep in there but the door is a sliding barn door and he just kept opening it and looking for us. This did not at all take away from our great experience, just something I think other parents would find helpful so they can plan. Really loved this place and hubby and I would love to come back and leave our son with grandma maybe! :)

This was my first time using VRBO to book and it was the best place I’ve ever stayed. The house was immaculate and right near town with so much to do. The owners were readily available when needed and gave so many suggestions on things to do. It was mine and my partners first vacation together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it! We’d absolutely come back!

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend and had a fantastic time. It was the first time we've stayed here since there was an ownership change and it was fantastic and even better than before. They layout of the house is just great. There is so much space and awesome places to relax from the sun room to the hot tub to the porch. The hot tub was amazing and very relaxing for late evenings. We've stayed here several times and would definitely do it again.

I would highly recommend this property! My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days and it was exactly what we needed. Great location, 5 minute drive to town center. We are already talking about going back!

We had a wonderful stay in this beutiful cozy home! Loved the location- so close to the center of North Conway and even though you are (set way back) on a highway road I did not hear cars/road noise in the home. The Master bedroom is large, with an extremely comfortable king bed and a desk that made it easy to work away from the main floor.
We had 2 teens and a ten year old downstairs and it all worked out perfectly. Jacuzzi A+! Perfect for a small family or couple. Will definitely be back!

I honestly can’t say enough positive things about the house and host. The house is adorable, modern yet decorated in a mountain quaint and comfortable way and ideally located. Its location is near the center of North Conway and close to Conway as well. It’s close to many places to hike, ski, climb and kayak. The host is welcoming and kind and truly invested in their guests enjoying their stay. This place is a gem! We can’t wait to return.

We booked three nights at this cozy little house right after Christmas. The property was very clean and well appointed. Hot tub was immaculately maintained and perfect for after skiing. It’s conveniently located to ski areas and while on the main road it’s set back so it doesn’t feel like it at all. Great restaurants nearby. This property would be great for any season. The host was a great communicator. Would stay here again if we visit the area again.

Not sure there is enough room to list everything great about our experience. The house is fantastic and located right on the edge of town. It was super clean, well decorated, very nicely updated, and it just felt like home.
Chris was the epitome of what good communication should be. Always asking how she could help and making recommendations to try and make sure we had a great time. She and Dave are what all VRBO hosts should aspire to be.
The hot tub was fantastic and was super nice on the cold nights we had. The bed was comfortable and they really did think of everything. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again next year. Thank you so much for everything!!

We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner went above and beyond when I got home and realized that I had left my son's blanket at the property. He responded right away, tracked down the missing blanket, and is sending it back to me in the mail. What a relief! We would love to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Great cozy home, clean and well appointed. Hot tub! The location is great, very close to the center of North Coway, with shopping snd many restaurants close by. The communication from the owner was great and very informative. Would definitely stay again!

Chris was so kind, responsive, and accommodating! He made checking in and out a breeze, and gave us the awesomeTuckerman's recommendation that was delicious! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. It looks exactly like the picture, bright red bushes and all. The inside is spotless, and decorated so beautifully. Plenty of room for me, my husband, our 10 month old daughter. My only regret about this stay is that I didn't plan enough time to stay longer! We would absolutely stay again, and hopefully can return next year. Thank you Chris!!

We loved all of the modern touches as well as the incredible amenities! When we first booked our stay here I didn't expect to be in contact with the owners a whole bunch. Immediately, Chris reached out to make sure we had everything we needed, and if we didn't, to let her know. Their hospitality was off the charts.
At first, we were a little nervous booking a home on a main road since we have little ones, but we were pleasantly surprised; this beautiful home was tucked away in a quiet little nook. The porch alone was so inviting. Cleanliness & coziness surpassed our expectations, and our kids slept so well, just as we did. We also can't forget to mention the hot tub- it fit our family perfectly & was so clean and well kept. Everything about our stay was nothing shy of amazing--if I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much to Chris & Dave!!!

This place was amazing and did not disappoint!! Chris was a wonderful host and made sure to explain all the details of the property as well as easily accessible to our needs. Excellent stay at the property. Minutes to Storyland and downtown North Conway. Owner communication was great and house was well set with coffee, water and cooking accessories. Will stay again when we come back up to the area.

We stayed here for a week and found this home to be very comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The jacuzzi on the outside deck is wonderful. The location is convenient to downtown North Conway and to the Jackson/MT Washington area. There is some road noise sitting on the open front porch but not really any in the house or on the side porch. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Everything was perfect. Hosts really go out of their way to make your stay as convenient as possible. No stones left unturned. Literally everything you could need is provided and accessible along with being of good quality. Comfortable couches and beds! This is what can break a trip. We slept good every night which is much needed after a tough day of NH hiking! Communication was stellar. Will definitely be staying here again with our little family.

We just returned from a lovely stay at Chris’s property and can’t wait to go back. Everything was as advertised, the home was clean, very well appointed and close to everything. We had two young children with us and the accommodations were well suited for families. Chris is a great communicator, providing all info we needed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this house for a trip up to the North Conway area, good access to the town, restaurants, Story Land, grocery stores and everything else you could need to enjoy your stay!

This place is probably the best one I’ve stayed in. Very clean and welcoming. They left a very informative book of information of every aspect of the house with recommendations for places to eat. The location is perfect and very close to everything you’ll need and things to do.

My wife and I Loved our stay here. The property was clean, exactly as advertised, our host was awesome and gave us suggestions for places to eat around town. The property is 10 mins from a Walmart and plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you want a quiet weekend away or you're visiting with a few friends this is the place to go.

Property was clean and overall enjoyable. Did Experience some ants in the kitchen even with heavy cleanup after each meal was prepared and made. Just note that the pictures in the listing are deceiving as their is a huge house in front this property blocking any view of the roadway. Owner did put up some bushes to give some privacy which was a nice touch. Hot tub was the cleanest I’ve ever seen and ran perfectly. Owner was thorough on check in!

We had a fabulous stay, the wrap around porch was so peaceful too.
