This was a lovely home that was very comfortable for us during our friends' weekend in Kentucky.

Great location and property for our group of four, touring the various distilleries.

Overall the house was fine. The kitchen was well equipped, living room furniture was comfortable. Beds were decent. Our only complaint is the sunroom furniture was too umcomfortable to use, and the outside patio would have needed to be thoroughly cleaned off to use. Pam (owner) was great to work with. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.

The facility is great. Plenty of room, covered porch, plus an enclosed porch should the weather turn nasty. Owner is helpful and easily accessible. I recommend this facility very highly.

Great stay. Perfect home base for exploring the Bourbon Trail. Clean and well organized. In case you’re trying to figure it out, the fan above the bed at the top of the stairs is controlled by a remote check the table by the stairs.

Stayed here with another couple for a long weekend on the bourbon trail. The property is well located in Bardstown, close to downtown, so you can walk or do a quick drive. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and communication with the owner was excellent. Like other reviewers mentioned, the second bathroom is located through the office. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Overall great stay.

The place was a very cute and functional place to stay with many useful amenities as well as a pretty central location to many of the places we wished to visit. However, it seemed like around many corners we seemed to keep finding little issues that after having stayed at many other VRBO’s just made us shake our heads. They had an amazing deck with a gas grill which we used over looking the beautiful backyard that we enjoyed each day/night. The layout of the place gave many options for gathering and deciding what the day’s activities held or recapping what had already happened that day.

Wonderful location……close to all things in Bardstown. There were a few concerns. The 2nd bathroom is off the owner s office and those staying upstairs have to navigate the stairs and through the office to find the bathroom. The inside of the property was very well maintained and well stocked with amenities. The outside sitting areas were a different story. For us to use the back patio, we needed to clean throughly. I found a blower in the garage to help with the cleaning. The grill was unusable and in need of serious cleaning to be able to use again. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay in Bardstown.
