The view from our room we had was amazing. The hotel was easy to use and we had a great time there our overall experience was amazing. Wish they put a little bit more food out in the morning for the buffet.

This was our 5th stay in this hotel but first under new ownership. It was properly staffed and the room we had was relatively quiet. It was a great stay. I loved that they offered Thanksgiving dinner!

Very new and well-appointed hotel. The room was airy, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel service was efficient and very accommodating with our request to extend our stay and keep our room. The hotel is close to the village yet far enough away to not feel cramped.

Overall the hotel is perfectly fine. However, the only reason we stayed was because I was not feeling well and could not continue driving. After finally getting to sleep, there was a fire alarm and it took about 90 minutes to get the whole thing resolved. Technically not the hotel's fault, because apparently guests decided to smoke in the middle of the night, setting off the fire alarm, which seems unlikely but that is the story. Anyway, the next morning, we sought some sort of compensation, whether breakfast or a small discount or a credit for a future stay, considering how long things took to get sorted out and the poor communications throughout the evening as we stood around outside (and were finally let in to sit in the lobby while they cleared the entire hotel veerrryyyy slowly). Nothing. Front desk could not find a manager at check out, and they would not comp even 1 of our over-priced breakfasts ($19.99 each). Plus, they charged a "resort fee" so give me a break on that. It is a motel which is on the side of the highway which is like an upscale Day's Inn or something. Come on guys. Disappointed.

Staff was very nice and accommodating (you don't see this very often anymore). Hotel was clean. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Hot tubs clean and hot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended!

We love stopping in Copper Mountain when we drive through Colorado. This was our first time staying at Cambria with our pups and we had a great visit. The staff was very friendly, Jonathan was great checking us in and answering our questions We will definitelyreturn. .

after driving 600 miles we arrived at 9pm so we couldnt take in the surroundings until the next morning. the hotel is in a beautiful location. rooms are big and clean.

We loved our stay at Cooper Mountain. We came during “off season” in July and the weather was wonderful! The rooms were nice and we really enjoyed the hot tub! They also have super cool mirrors in the rooms that are Bluetooth and play music! So much to do within walking distance from the hotel! We will be back for sure!

I stayed there for one night only prior to a bike race, the Copper Triangle. The hotel was convenient for everything. I only gave 4 stars because the bed wasn’t great, and neither were the pillows.

We had a rough check in. We were given a room that was already occupied so we went back to the front and they gave us an upgraded room mountain side which was nice. We pulled back the covers on the beds and one of them had dirt sheets with paw prints and sand all over in the bed! I called the front desk and they brought up clean sheets that I changed myself since it was so late. There was also dog food on the floor and it was evident the room hadn’t been vacuumed. Housekeeping came the following day and cleaned it up. It is a nice hotel but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The gentleman that brought us clean sheets said he would let the manager know about the condition of the room. We did not hear from the manager in the span of our 3 night stay. I do applaud the front desk staff for trying to correct the issues but as a “luxury hotel” clean sheets should be the least of my worries when checking in.

Well, the staff checking in was great. Tried to help with an early check-in, but we decided to wait till later in the day. The room I got was great.
However, number of things were just not wonderful. There’s no information in the room or online about the services like the pool hours, or the gym wherever that is. I called the front desk and the person early in the morning said what do you mean a book? I said a book hotels usually have a book to tell you what services There are. The restaurant menu, etc. The pool hours. He was totally in the dark. He had no idea what I meant. His assumption was that I would call for whatever question I had. I said no the convention is that there is a place that a customer can view that information on their own. I had to hang up. He also said there’s no pool. Only a hot tub. One in fact, I’ve been talking to the manager the day before and yes, there’s a small pool next to the hot tub. Just a bizarre Conversation.
Then there was the issue of no ice machine. I got already with my things to cool off and went down the hall to the ice room and there’s no ice machine.

I read the other recent reviews, so I was a little nervous if our stay would be positive or not. It was excellent! Our room was very clean and up to date. FYI there are no microwaves in the rooms, but there are mini fridges. Our bed was super comfortable, the sheets and pillows clean and soft. Our room was the end unit on the second floor, so right outside our window was a bright security light. We used the blackout curtains and had no problems. Our view was beautiful, of the mountain and the creek. The A/C unit didn’t seem to work properly on auto, we just set it to cool with the fan on high and when the room started to get too cool we turned it off, that worked fine. The hot tub is really nice. Breakfast in the bar/dining area was very good, but it isn’t included in the room cost. The hotel is super convenient to Copper Mtn village, 5 minute walk on a pretty trail. Lots of shops, restaurants, activities all close by. We would happily stay here again.

Restaurant was closed due to time of year. Apparently unless its ski season, their full amenities are not available. The bar was open but only a few drinks could be made and most of the food menu items were also not available. I believe salad and a cheese sandwich were available? It was a pretty poor experience for the cost and no warning about everything shut down. We settled on door dashing Wendys from the next town and just went to bed.

When we checked in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. The next room we were assigned to was in the back of the motel and really didn't feel safe. The room was terrible and there wasn't even a TV.
