Location was good and inside the studio apartment clean

Extremely very poor service from the on-line staff except for Jackie, no instructions were sent to us!!. Outside balcony, very dirty, full off weeds and other debri. We stood outside the building until 1621, when we eventually managed to get hold of Jackie, who guided us to the actual building and gave us the codes verbally so we could gain access to our apartment. We're quite fit for our age, well past retirement, and we were lucky as there are 53 steps up to the apartment and no lift! This company seemed to be more interested in getting access to the £1 deposit for any damage rather than accepting the full rental charge had been paid on FULL. We will never use the letting company again, they definitely did not show booking. Com in a good light yet we know better, having used them worldwide.

Cute apartment, with a spacious setting and balcony, close to town with so many shops near and parking literally over the road where it’s £5 per day. Very clean and very well lit

Nothing it was perfect

Do not stay here. Wifi did not work and not fixed during stay. No curtains, only vertical blinds. Extremely noisy all night from internal banging doors, road traffic, church bells, neighbours. Room very hot, no fan, no windows and dare not leave balcony door open all night due to noise. Neither my daughter nor I got any sleep. Hosts not contactable after 4.00 pm but was not sent code to key box until 4.46 pm following numerous unanswered phone calls even though told it would arrive before 4.00. The nespresso machine they make so much of only has three coffee pods and no instructions. Sofa bed requested but not made up and no sheets or pillow cases left. No one to speak to so nothing could be done about it. Daughter had to sleep on the uncovered sofabed. I could go on but cannot be bothered much as they clearly were not at all bothered about me.

L'emplacement parfait, à moins de 15min à pied de la gare et de la station de bus. Très proche du centre ville et des musées de la ville. Facile à trouver et d'accès. Logement spacieux et confortable, avec en bonus un balcon, vraiment agréable. Il y a une cuisine avec plaques et four, un frigo et tous les équipements nécessaires.

J'aurais aimé connaître l'étage où se situe l'appartement, pour ne pas avoir à chercher étage par étage. Et un micro-ondes plutôt qu'un four serait plus intéressant. Et comme tous les logements en UK, il n'y a pas de vrais volets donc logement lumineux même en tirant les rideaux.

The location is just perfect. Good access to everything

The size of the room. I’d have preferred a bigger space. Staying in a room on the topmost floor without a lift made it difficult to move around as climbing the stairs all the way up drains you of all your energy

The studio apartment was centrally located with accessibility to cafes, supermarkets, and public transportation.

The apartment was centrally located in a fairly new building but without any elevators. The apartment was smaller than expected with limited space to move around. The room would be suited for one individual or a student but not for Airbnb (it seemed the room was converted from student housing). Amenities: There were no storage spaces or luggage stands to keep your personal belongings except for a study desk (which looked run-down), a large ironing table and a drying rack. On the first day of our arrival, we had issues with plumbing and Wi-Fi, there was no hot water from the shower and no working Wi-Fi. Upon contacting the hosts regarding the issues-they did not offer any reasonable solution such as providing us with another room. We requested for another room, but they said it was not possible. Instead, they asked us to send video/pictures of the shower with no hot water and the router in the building (which we would not know its location in the first place and considering we have no internet except for our data- we were expected to send these files to them). The toilet had an unpleasant smell from the drainage. The hot water from the taps in the kitchen and toilet gave out yellowish water. We had trouble connecting to the TV as people from other rooms were constantly connecting to our screens using Airplay. If you are traveling during the holiday season the streets can get loud and noisy at night and the apartment does not have soundproof windows which can be disturbing. As our experience on the first day was quite unpleasant and uncomfortable we decided to check out the next day. We requested the hosts to return our £200 deposit - they said they would after assessing the problem. However, as we had originally planned to stay in the room for 3 nights - we had expected to receive a refund or partial refund for the rest of the stay, but we did not receive any money back except the deposit and they stopped responding to our messages.

The location was excellent. We were staying for a girls’ night out trip and it was a 3 minute walk to the local nightlife. The hosts were really informative and helpful.

Nothing - excellent!

Property was clean and cosy. Close to the centre so a lot of amenities available within a stones throw.

I didn’t have any complaints.
