Enjoy one of the most breathtaking mountain towns from the comfort of this beautiful Beaver Creek contemporary home with modern open floor plan, 4+bed, 4 bath (sleeps 13+ comfortably) with private patio and eight person hot tub. This is a great house for 1 large family or 2 smaller families. The main living area is open with vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Amazing location with several options for ski-in directly to the house and easy walk to ski-out /or easy FREE dial-a-ride Beaver Creek shuttle service to base of Beaver Creek Village. Great location for hiking and mtn biking right from the house.
This large 3770 square foot home (one shared wall) with two car garage within the gates of Beaver Creek offers unparalleled access to some of the best skiing and mountain biking in the US. The open kitchen features high end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances with a gas stove for those that love to cook. The kitchen also features a peninsula with bar stools, beverage frig and sink for entertaining. After a day on the slopes, retreat into the spacious open living area with vaulted ceilings, lot of light and windows, modern comfortable couches, gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. There is dining area as well as a breakfast eating area right off the kitchen.
This home features 2 master bedroom suites and 2 additional bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There is also a small 5th bedroom perfect for kids or overflow sleeping. There is also a Murphy bed in a large landing area AND ‘secret’ kids play room off one of the bedrooms. The upstairs master suite is very spacious with a king size bed, pull-out full-size sleeper sofa and twin-size pull-out sleeper chair. This master en suite was renovated this year and includes a free-standing bathtub, over-sized shower with European rain head fixture and natural stone shower floor.
The second master suite features access to an outside patio and has a king size bed. This master en suite was also updated this year and includes an oversized shower with European rain head fixture and beautiful Carrara marble shower floor and vanity top.
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with an attached 3-piece bathroom that was recently renovated. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds and the attached recently renovated 3-piece bathroom is also shared as the powder room. There is a large private side yard deck attached to a NEW large back yard patio with private eight person hot tub, dining table, outdoor couch and grill.
The two car garage is over-sized and big enough for two cars plus lots of skis and bikes. In addition, there is an electric car charger available for use in the garage. Plus, there is lots of additional parking in the driveway (Parking is critical when renting a ski-house and is very tough to come by in Beaver Creek). There is also a large mudroom right off the garage for all your gear.
This is a fantastic location for easy trail access for snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking and year round dog walks. Amenities include: A fully equipped, updated and open kitchen includes Wolf (4 burner) gas stove, Sub Zero built-in refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, plus coffee maker, rice cooker, electric tea kettle, Vitamix blender, crock pot and Kitchen Aid Mixer. Multiple smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming movies sites such as Netflix, DVD players, full size washer/ dryer, free wifi and cable TV.

Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
