My parents, sister and I had a wonderful week long stay here coming from Winnipeg, Manitoba! The neighbourhood is peaceful and the house itself was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Craig was very quick to respond to all my messages, even late in the evening, which was really appreciated! Great place, great host, no complaints! Highly recommend it!

We came to LA so my teen daughter could participate in a summer dance intensive and we wanted an affordable home within easy driving distance of Loyola Marymount. This home was perfect! Cozy, clean, in a quiet and comfy neighborhood. Craig was super kind and we appreciated knowing he was nearby in case of problems. There were plenty of small amenities ready for us on check in, so it really did feel like we were staying with friends. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, laundry on site. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks, Craig!

Conveniently located near SoFi Stadium and the perfect size for 4 people. Craig was very helpful and responsive over messages. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our short trip. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of street parking. We had a great stay!

Stayed one night to attend a concert at BMO stadium. Super cute house. Host had easy property instructions without any hidden excessive rules. A few snacks and drinks left by the host made us feel very welcome. Will easily use the property again and pass along to friends. 10 out of 10 stay.

Good location for doing all your activities in LA. Had plenty of space for my family of 5. Craig is a great host and is very responsive.

Craig’s home has a great location off the freeway. Everything in the home appears to be new, the house is super cute and the beds and bathroom very nice. I hope to stay here again when I need to be in this part of LA

House was great, location perfect, Craig was a great host, he left us check in earlier just what we needed after driving for 18hrs,I would totally stay here again in the future.

Felt like a home. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Owner was great, heard my concerns and accommodated accordingly. Very convenient spot if you like to explore the city. Property is very cleaned inside/outside. Certainly in my list if I ever stay in that area.

Just as advertised

The place was really comfortable and the neighborhood was really clean, quiet, and felt 100% safe. I loved going outside for a walk with my dog at night while the Christmas lights were on. I absolutely loved the area of the home, it was in the perfect location to visit family members and go to LA and Hollywood attractions. The host, Craig was super friendly and approachable. I’d definitely stay in this house again during the holidays when visiting family.

Every expectation and desire we had for our very short stay here was met. We only stayed one night as a staging point for a football game the next day. The location was perfect for SoFi Stadium. The neighborhood was really quiet, clean and very quaint. The property itself was very clean and accomodating, and the beds were very comfortable. Craig, the host was SUPER responsive and proactive with his communication. I would certainly look for an opportunity to stay here again if we are in the area for another event or any other reason; maybe we could enjoy it a little longer next time.

We had a great stay. Craig sent all necessary details ahead of time, offered earlier arrival, and was a wonderfully accommodating host. The beds and pillows were all super comfy, and the location was great as well, close to the freeway and in a nice neighborhood. This worked great for attending an event at the LA Coliseum. The house was good for us grandparent to sleep in and our children to hang out during the day while their house was under construction. Location was ideal: 3 minutes from their house,

Enjoyed our stay there. We were able to watch our games on a huge tv. Quiet 2 bedrooms each with air conditioners, ceiling fans and fans. Plenty of towels for our guests. Driveway parking was a plus.

It was close to do what we wanted.. great layout of home.. plenty of room to sit and enjoy tv or relax n needlepoint. We all really enjoyed our stay. Snacks were there for us to enjoy. Simple and easy to follow rules of the house. Would stay again. Thank you for a nice time.

Craig communicated everything i needed to know promptly after booking and the check in process was easy. the home was comfy and very clean and in a very pretty peaceful neighborhood, overall 10/10 would stay again if in the area!
