The owner is amazing. He was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The listing looks exactly like the pictures online. The house was clean and spacious. The hot tub is an extra added amenity. Guests are provided with everything you need to cook, sleep, and wash up. The location was perfect and down the street from house is a breakfast spot and two different bars. If you drive about five minutes away from the house there’s a small downtown strip filled with small shops to shop, ice cream shop, coffee shop, a Mexican restaurant, and other places to eat. Furthermore, Looking Glass Falls is about 15 minutes away and easily accessible by car. This was the perfect home away from home. We will definitely be renting this beautiful house again. It is worth the price.

This was an amazing property. I stay in vacation homes often. This had every amenity. Immaculate. Wonderfullly, snuggly blanket. Comfy beds. Great hot tub and fire pit. Even provided smores ingredients. Really soft towels. Perfect housing for a trip to the mountains. Close to grocery and dining options or cook yourself with the kitchen utensils. Nothing needed here but your clothes. They even had full bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash and not cheap stuff. Would love to stay again.

This place is a gem! Brad was so helpful and communicative. The beds were so comfy and the house is beautiful! We had the best time. We are from Tx and we’re in brevard to watch our son and his tennis team play in the brevard invitational. We hosted the team for dinner one night and had s’mores and they relaxed around a fire and in the hot tub! It was perfect! We WILL be back!!!!

Beautiful, clean, luxurious house. Everything you need and the hot tub, shower, and fire pit were great. Very close to the Lumberyard area and downtown Brevard. The owner was very attentive. Could not ask for anything more.

We loved staying here. The home is new and beautiful, it has everything we needed to cook and be comfortable and entertained. The beds were comfy, the home has all the modern conveniences (and more than my own home!), we loved the hot tub and fire pit, and it was an easy and short walk to our favorite coffee shops and shopping. There were also no air fresheners to mask any smells, which was a welcome relief too. Communicating with the owner was easy - and unnecessary because he provided all the information we needed to check in and check out. Check out was a breeze - like being at a hotel because all we had to do was start the dishwasher.

This is a gorgeous house and a wonderful area. Brad was an amazing host so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to be able to stay there in the future. do yourself a favor book this property it is wonderful.

We had a great experience in Brevard thanks to the homeowners many recommendations and quick response to all of my questions. The house is brand new and every detail has been considered. Everything was very clean and comfortable and walking distance to many great spots. We will stay here again when we visit Brevard!

Recently stayed at the Lumberyard Oasis. Great spot in the heartbeat of Brevard. Once we parked and dropped our bags we strolled down to a lovely Brew spot for good eats, beers & live music. A kid friendly place if you have some in tow. A really sweet little spot in Brevard King Street district! The house is a new build so everything is crisp and clean! King beds are a bonus in each bedroom. Everything felt comfy from pillows to mattresses! TVs in each bedroom+ living room. But hey, who needs that when you have the great outdoors! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals. We tried to get in the Morning Social ( great breakfast spot) that is within a block of this house but wait times were too long for hangry humans. So that is an option for breakfast/lunch. Hot tub was a nice way to end a day of hiking & climbing in the Pisgah. A fire pit was there with wood stocked and ready. We're all in for another visit to the Lumberyard Oasis & this cool town tucked away in NC. Lots of galleries, restaurants, cafes and good eats within blocks of this location. Our host were super responsive when I had a question or needed suggestions. Thank you for making our visit special!
