Great property in a great location. Very clean and well furnished.

I have family and friends in the Florida keys and decided to stay and rent this place for July 4th weekend. Everything was great.

We spent 10 days down in the Florida Keys staying on Cudjoe. We had a fantastic stay, did well on the dolphin and some yellowtail snapper. The house was very clean, roomy, and in an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again. It was a very quiet neighborhood as well which fits perfectly on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great for boating. It was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Nice updated kitchen. Bent Prop restaurant less than 5 minute walk along quite street. We rented kayaks and made use of the easy access to the canal.
Suggestion to the owner. Would be nice if beach chairs, cooler, kayaks, and bicycles would be provided. You could charge for these and make it a more attractive rental to some families.

Very clean and comfortable house with beautiful modern kitchen. Located in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. We hope to return in the future.

The home was very nice and clean and a great location. The main living area looks to have been recently remodeled and had a nice aesthetic to it. I would recommend this place as a rental.
We used the house mainly for sleeping & bathing, not cooking. The one small thing that could have been better was the mattress on the pullout sofa bed but realize there are limitations there. Overall great place.

Over all very nice property, Little bit confusing on how to control lights and fans. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, both of us felt like we were rolling toward the middle of the bed, and was hard to get comfortable because of the sag, I would like to have had a night light in the bathroom so I didn't need to turn on the bright light.

Spacious, clean and updated home. Good location out of bustle of Key West but still only 25 min away. We didn’t have a boat but plenty of access if you do!

House was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen ws well equipped to all the cooking we wanted. Easy access to Key West. Felicia was able to quickly answer our questions and was very helpful. A great place for us to enjoy the holiday

We enjoyed out stay at this property. The host has done a . great job with renovations with all new appliances, clean lines and comfortable furnishings. It's outfitted with all you need in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to the few issues we encountered and took care of them right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable you can sit out in the porch watch the sunset cook something on the barbecue, big kitchen couch turns into a bed can put a inflatable bed in the master bedroom and in the living room.

The house was very clean, the neighborhood was nice, home owner was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of room for boat docking.
