Jeffrey was super responsive and kind. Immediate response when I reached out to him. We loved the location and the home was nice and clean on the inside.

All seemed great upon checkin, but we immediately noticed that the AC was set to 72 and the inside temp was at 80. Never got below 76 and that was the morning time. It only went back up from there. It was warm to say the least. Tried using the ceiling fans , but could only get one bedroom out of three to come on. There was a box fan upstairs and we used that. However, the noise of that fan and velocity from it could not over come the uncomfortableness of the night time heat inside. Also realized that the beds are extremely unsupportive and bouncy. My wife and I wound up sleeping in separate rooms because we both kept waking each other up when we rolled over. A bit like sleeping in a water bed. Not restful. We really like the master bathroom, but immediately noticed that the right sink drained so slowly that we both used the one on the left. Shower was nice, but it vacillated between Luke warm and scalding. We were unsuccessful in getting the remotes downstairs to work the tv in the living room and the only way we could get it to work the way we wanted was screen mirroring from my phone. There were no remotes for the tv upstairs, but found the ones downstairs worked up there fine. The outdoor area is nice, but the bar area, grills, refrigerator, etc. are dirty and unusable; the plank ceiling over the patio has come lose and sagging down. We also noticed that there is a bit of a swampy area in the back yard. Suspect it’s the septic as the rest of the yard is dry. The second floor balcony patio has artificial trurf, which is a great idea but was filthy. Covered in mildew/mold/moss. We SO wanted to love this house. The quick and friendly responses from management, location of the house, being on the golf course, all the amenities (pool), it’s everything we want for the many school weekends with our Texan we are planning. We just didn’t walk away from the weekend feeling like we got what we paid for.
