The location

I was moved three times because the first room shower already had hair in the shower and the second room the adjoining room door wouldn’t lock and the third floor had kids knocking on our door and in the hallways late night.

Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Food in walking distance. Clean. Friendly staff. Fast check in.

Very clean excellent staff

Somehow the room cards got mixed up and another guest walked into our room and apparently several other rooms.

I liked how clean and spacious the room was

The fact that I couldn’t get into the pool because their were no parents supervising their kids that were jumping and running and screaming and it was a tiny pool with 15 17 year olds

The pool was Super cold, But other than that nothing

There was no breakfast. I was very disappointed because that was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The manager said they had no food to serve breakfast.

The elevator only went down. The walls are to thin. In the kitchen when you opened up the microwave the door hit the cabinet door and opened it too. There were no knobs to open up 3 of the drawers on the drawers to put clothes in. The hotel was not finished.
