Quarto amplo, cama confortável e café da manhã satisfatório. A localização é excelente!
Cobraram uma taxa de 10% a mais do valor da reserva, mesmo o pagamento sendo feito em dinheiro. Nenhum dos outros hotéis no Peru cobraram essa taxa extra. Esqueceram de limpar o meu quarto em um dos dias.

La ubicacion y el tamaño de la habitacion suite con balcon
No tiene calefaccion. Tienen aparatos de aire acondicionado frio solo. En Lima hicieron dias muy frios y las habitaciones estaban heladas. Es una estafa que un hotel 3 estrellas no tenga calefaccion. Los empleados estaban con gorros y bufandas. Tuvimos que comprar un caloventor (adjunto foto) para no pasarla tan mal

The staff were incredible, had a 24 hour desk. We were delayed arriving due our bus breaking down and the staff text to check in to see if we were OK.
Breakfast was fantastic, good variety and a proper continental.
Room was great and the was daily room cleaning. Shower was lovely and hot.
Location was great and it was quiet at night.

Best location in Miraflores. Hotel is located two blocks away from Parque Kennedy, the fact that it is located in a dead-end street makes it completely quiet, no traffic noise. You'll be able to hear birds chirping in the morning.
The dining table was a little old and noisy, other than that everything was awesome.

Good location if you want to stay in Miraflores. Staff were friendly. Room was dated but about its 3 star rating.
Breakfast was poor, especially for us plant based folk. It's not hard to provide plant based breakfast options that everyone enjoys.

It was a value for money for me. Everything was nice, clean and comfortable.
The only thing that I did not like was the view, but this was never the selling point or the reason that I visited that hotel. Simply, I did not find anything else that I did not like.

The rooms are big but quite dark. Everything in the room looks old. The bed was too soft for me. There was a strange smell in the bathroom

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast, comfortable bed and other furnishings. Very clean.
Shower water temperature varied from hot to randomly cold. It took a long time for the water to get hot. Faucet in kitchen sink in our second room fell off.

This is a very nice complex of suites, ideally located, with kind owner and staff. Comfortable beds. The size of the rooms is a +.
Water from the shower was lukewarm at best, and irregular, oscillating between lukewarm and cold.
Sound isolation from the windows is not good, especially that there are lots of clubs and bars around.

Everything was Exceptional!! The Lovely young ladies at the front desk went above and beyond to help with our boarding passes, customs declaration, even extra blankets and a heater. The hotel is in a great location and full of charm! Such a large room with a comfy bed and all the amenities!! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was our 3rd 3 night stay. Very happy with the location, staff and facilities. Breakfasts are very good and personalised. Its in a quiet street and the the quiet feel is across the entire hotel. They kept or bags for 5 days while we went on a trip out of Lima.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were more than helpful and able to help us communicate in both English and Spanish. They went above and beyond and also helped coordinate transportation both from the airport and even to our next hotel!

This was an extremely convenient location. Our room was very large and had a kitchenette. It was a little chilly on occasion, but the staff loaned us a small portable heater.

Room was great. Loved the fact that there were separate rooms for kitchen, living room and bedroom. Breakfast was sufficie6 and cleanliness was excellent as was location.

Nice hotel in Miraflores area, close to all the attractions. Staff is very friendly and responsive.
As we were in Lima in the middle of Peruvian winter I would expect better heating system. There is an AC in the room, but it doesn’t really work properly.
