The apartment is well furnished and very cosy

It was a long walk up the stairs. I would appreciate if a lift could be in place.

Curtains or blinds in the living area would have been better the property views from both bedrooms were not pleasant Scaffolding still outside one bedroom window. Rubbish and discarded tiles etc clearly visible from the other

The apartment was spacious and in its day was most likely a nice apartment, the en-suite bathroom was useful, and parking was close by in a multi story.

The property is tired, and so many issues from the moment we arrived. I had work to do when family were doing other things, impossible to work from the apartment so had to go out and find a place to work. This was not the stress I needed when am trying to work to deadlines. 1. The internet did not work, so on the first day we had to go out and find somewhere to work from. 2. The bed leg was extremely bend and should be replaced. 3. The rug was worn and turned up on the edges, we stumbled on this and lucky not to hurt ourselves. 4. Some of the cups are broken 5. No lightbulbs in bedside lamps. They did bring replacement lightbulbs, sadly did not fit the light fittings in the property. 6. The walls are badly scraped, could do with redecorating. 7. Drawer broken 8. Not in the best location in Swansea, quite intimidating outside at night. Also be aware, they take a £200 deposit if you stay here, which was not clear when I booked, and they will not release key code until this is paid. We paid, so our suggestion is that if you do stay here, check everything and get photos to make sure you don't get charged for something already broken. Also be aware that check out is 10am and check in after 4pm, so you have lost half a day. They do allow later and earlier checkout, but this is charged at £10 per hour. We are seeking compensation for our stay, as was well below the standards expected and described.

Great location. Super clean and spacious. Modern furniture and just overall a great place to stay.

The interior design of the property, It was cosy and homely. I spend Christmas there.

The kitchen light could have been a little bit brighter. It was a title difficult to cook in the evening. Apart from that everything was amazing
