Phoenix Lodge was perfect for our family of 9! Beautiful views everywhere and comfortable seating and great bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had both before and during our visit! Highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. We had a momma bear and her three cubs show up every day and that was amazing. We want to go back again next year.

This place was an absolute gem. Our family could not have asked for more on this vacation. The views at sunrise and sunset are spectacular! This felt like the type of place we could have stayed for a month. We cannot wait to come back here again!

The sunset views were the highlight of our stay. After spending most days out and about we rushed home to make sure we were able to enjoy them fully. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and yes we saw a bear on the property, which we appreciated. The house itself was very spacious and comfortable and felt luxurious. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The view is incredible. The house was large enough to give us all our space, but also felt so cozy. All amenities and details were so well thought out. The whole family had zero complaints! We had an issue with the water when we first arrived and they sent someone out WITHIN THE HOUR on a holiday weekend. The gentleman was so kind and fixed our issue in 20 minutes. The host then checked on us the next morning to ensure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough about this host and this whole place. The view, the pool, the living room, dining room table, the beds… all of it was wonderful! Stay here!!! You will not regret it!

This cabin was perfect. We simply wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy a good view, which perfectly describes this cabin. It was remote and the drive in was a bit concerning but the roads were maintained and within a day we got use to them. Restaurants and things to do were only about 20 min away. Our kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool which we all loved. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our family of 8 ranging from 9 to 80 had a great stay at Phoenix Lodge! Enough bedrooms and baths plus private spaces. House is beautiful and very clean. Pool was a big hit. Views are fabulous. The 2 bears we saw were a plus. We arrived the day after a bad storm with trees down and no electric. The host was completely on top of the issues. Excellent communication throughout our stay.

The space was very clean and our host was helpful and responsive. It was nice being in a private community and the views were amazing.

We stayed with another family and it was awesome! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the pool was wonderful. We had a small request and it was taken care of very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time here! The home was perfect for our large family and the pool and game room kept the kids entertained, from toddlers to teenagers. We wish we had been able to stay longer! Importantly for me, the home was very clean, up to date and tastefully decorated, exactly what you would expect in a luxury vacation home. Would definitely stay here again!

We (6 adults) had a wonderful week at Phoenix Lodge. The home is well-appointed and spacious. The views are spectacular. Our hosts responded timely (within 30min) to any questions we had. The home has everything you could need for an enjoyable vacation. The hot tub and indoor pool are added bonuses. There is enough space for everyone and personal spaces if anyone wanted to be alone. The home is a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed exploring the area and then returning to the tranquility of this beautiful home away from home. We all highly recommend the Phoenix Lodge and look forward to returning. Many thanks to Jim, Jennifer and Jaymar for everything they did to ensure we had a memorable vacation. ❤️

Our family trip for Thanksgiving was so much fun and we made many memories at the beautiful Phoenix Lodge. It was well stocked with games, throw blankets and the indoor pool was so much fun. We even got to see a black bear. ♥️

Absolutely beautiful! The views are gorgeous and the property is amazing. We had the best time. The only thing I regret is not booking more days. I will definitely be back! Wonderful experience.

Luxury in the mountains. This retreat had everything we could have wished for and more. The most beautiful sunsets were a lovely bonus.

Jim's place was truly a magical getaway with the family. The home is everything described and more. It felt cozy and at home. The kids loved the game room, bunk beds, and the pool! The pool is secure with an alarm that made us feel comfortable and safe for them! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything we needed. The bedrooms have very nice, comfortable mattresses with plenty of bedding. Each room in the house has a beautiful view. Even the hot tub! The location is perfect- not far away from town and just far enough for the peaceful retreat. We are very happy with our stay and hopefully to be back soon! Thank you for having our family here for the Christmas week. The Christmas tree was so sweet.

Jim’s place was amazing we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for a nice getaway. However just make sure you are comfortable driving up steep hills and try arriving in the daylight so you can see. Which Jim communicated with us about and the right side is less steep than the left (gps takes you left). Other than that everything was amazing from the view to the amenities. Definitely will stay again!

We had an amazing time at the Phoenix Lodge. It was peaceful, quiet, and had stunning views. It felt very homey and created some wonderful memories. They are also very communicative and quickly respond to messages. Thanks again to Jim and the rest of the team.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the Phenix Lodge. Jim was very responsive to our needs. Our kids got so much use out of the indoor pool. We enjoyed a couple of days with nothing to do but relax and spend time as a family. Town was easy to get to. Perfect location with kids. I would absolutely stay again!

Amazing house, right to Smoky Mountains National Park, we had a blast, the indoor pool is really a nice touch. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms... I will recommend 100% Jim's place.

It was wonderful to take in the beautiful surroundings and connect as a family. The space is warm, clean (germaphobe here), and cozy. We had plenty of space to enjoy each other, the pool was a great source of entertainment for three small children, and the views were stunning. It was easy to get into town for activities and there was lots to do. Any questions/concerns were responded to quickly and kindly. We hope to come back regularly to this wonderful space. This lodge is a MUST if you are going to Pigeon Forge or the surrounding area. The house was exactly as described and SPOTLESS! Lots of space and bathrooms for all 10 of us girls. The fireplaces worked as described and the pool was nice and heated. When I told Jim that one of the kitchen cabinets was broken and the handle for the pool was wobbly, he apologized immediately and sent out a handyman within 2 hours to fix it! He replaced the whole handle! My entire group was so sad we had to leave, as it was so easy to make this house a home. If I come back, I will definitely be staying here again!

Phoenix Lodge was an absolutely gorgeous home with spectacular views. The hosts were super friendly and responsive to all of my questions. The house was clean, organized and well- stocked. We really enjoyed our time sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub enjoying the views!

This Cabin had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation at the mountains. It felt new, clean, spacious and cozy !! Our kids loved the indoor pool and had so much fun using it everyday no matter what the weather looked like 😀. The views were amazing and the way to go up the cabin was fun to do everytime . I would definitely recommend this cabin and would definitely consider booking again . Thanks Jim and Jessica for sharing such a beautiful place !!

We so enjoyed that all activity were on one level. It was the best for our family to enjoy different activities , pool, hot tub, living area yet be able to see each other. View was magnificent with lots of areas to gather. We had a pool problem and they were on it very quickly and rectified the situation. We would love to go back next year.

Family of 4 had an absolute blast! Jim and Jessica were great hosts from the start. Their home is exactly as explained and the views are out of this world! Million dollar views! Love the pool, and the kiddie area from infants to be able to sit and be separate from the older kids! We will be back

We hosted our annual mangers retreat this past weekend. It was the perfect home and location. Everything was so nice- the size was perfect and the views were amazing!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. We had family from 11 months to 83 years old. The little kiddie pool next to the big pool was perfect for our youngest grandson and he was banging on the door to get to the pool right after breakfast. Our other grandkids were in the pool from morning until night and did not like to get out to do anything. My adult kids enjoyed the downstairs and outdoor spaces and chairs. My mom is in a wheelchair and the house was perfect for her and my dad to watch a sunset from the porch or watch their great grandkids in the pool. They felt very much included in everything. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. No bear sightings while we were there but that’s ok! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We have stayed at a few pool cabins in the area, this one hands down was the best! Checks all the boxes- great view, clean, nice layout with master on one level and 4 other bedrooms on the other, private, beautiful decor, pool a perfect size (my two boys loved it). We hope to return next year!
