House sits in good neighborhood and short walk to beach. The layout of house is good for large families and everyone can either come together or have separate spaces. We would stay at this house again.

The house was borderline perfect. There were minors details that could be improved, but not anything worth bringing down my review. We will be back.

We got there and there was spider webs inside the house, in windows and the rear of the house was crazy dirty. The deck was faulty and my child fell through the deck due to no support beams and she was injured. There was glass all over the back yard. The fence had several holes in it and there was a hole to the side of the deck to under the deck. Ants were entering the property from somewhere near the sliding back door. Had to have a gentleman named Todd ( who was lovely and kind ) come to check the deck after deck broke and he said that we could not use the backyard it was not safe. We picked this place for the backyard, deck, fences, hot tub and grill which we could not use for 3 days of our trip. I called Vacasa, went to messaging and kept getting put off. Honestly, the house needs some work otherwise someone will end up getting hurt and suing. We have requested to have some reimbursement as we did not have full use of the house for 3 days and we left 24 hours early out of frustration and for comfort of our family and pets. No one would discuss this and truly, not impressed with Vacasa as this was our first experience with using them. I would ask if they fixed the deck, the holes in the fences, the ants and if anyone cleaned up the backyard and the spiderwebs. The house has potential, ask for updated pictures with dates on them.

The home provided our family of four a great experience for the week. We were out exploring the coast most of the week but the house was a comfortable landing spot. It has more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub was a nice touch at the end of a long day. The master suite was nice and private. The house is equipped with 5 bathrooms and would be a nice place for families sharing a vacation. The beach was within walking distance and was a fun beach to beachcomb. We wanted to stay longer for sure.

This home was wonderful. Good location with lots of room for gathering or privacy. Fireplaces were wonderful. Noise did not carry much throughout the house which was wonderful with the young children.

The condition and setting of the house is beautiful. The location great—5 min drive to town and can walk to the beach. The house is so perfect for a family gathering of all ages.

Two master suites and room for all the kids, of every age! The showers and fireplaces spoiled us. The fenced yard for the dogs was a stress- reliever. Best home we've ever stayed at! Thank you!
