Not to bad. Very little hot water. the extra parking spot for each unit should be marked. People park in them so you need to go looking for a empty spot

Great townhome , this was our first time booking on vrbo , we are very pleased great location, closer to Disney parks and , sea-world parks, closer to stores, walmart, cvs , breakfast places , gift shops clean home , spacious bathrooms and Bedrooms rooms, tv in every room, it had everything, from towels, trashbags , washer dryer, detergent , plates , bowls etc All in all our stay was very comfortable and convenient!

Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also 10 mins to Hollywood Studios and 15 to DW, so location is great. Walmart right around the corner. Everything worked in the place. We had no major issues while staying - just a little tight and difficult to sleep comfortably due to terrible, thin, flat pillows as well as having to do some "re-cleaning". Not sure it was really "covid" clean. And the place is dated, carpet looks old and needs cleaning and/or replacing. The bathroom downstairs didn't look cleaned? The sink, faucet and mirror had "water marks?" that wiped off -not hard water stains, maybe soap or toothpaste splashes? That bathroom faucet was old and mildewy- needs replacing, and there was hair (I know!) in the bottom of the very small shower stall and the shower door had mildew at bottom. Upstairs bathroom had a left over bar of soap in shower. (I never really checked upstairs closer as other family members had those areas and mentioned the soap). Kitchen sink around faucet again, mildew. There was no dishcloth or sponge so had to use paper towels to clean up. Felt like everything in the kitchen needed a good wiping down. Suggest owners look into a different cleaning crew! Was ok for our short stay. Recommend you bring Clorox wipes if you can. Just sharing my honest feedback on the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Crestwyn, not a 5 star stay but comfortable and reasonably priced. Location was very good, close to Disney Parks and shopping.

Carpets had not been cleaned for a year, as stated by rep when he called back. There were dead bugs and worms behind bed on main floor. The patio door blind was broken and dirty. Stains on stairway. Pillows hard to call a pillow. Missing wall electrical plate. Just not what I consider stylish as it was advertised. Mattress was pat needing replace. I could continue but you get the point.

Real easy and nice place to stay.

Great location to Disney World! Perfect for a longer Disney stay. Walmart, Grocery store, and restaurants located close. Had kingdom stroller drop off & pick up no problem. Townhouse was great! Clean and had all the essentials.

Very noce and clean place

The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived Pros - easy self checkin - clean house - initial supply provided Cons - you can hear traffic noise all night is master bedroom. Its hard to sleep with the noise as you feel you are sleeping on the side of the road - kitchen cabinets and drawers hard to open - Not enough utensils - Small rooms - needs updates - Mbr bath tub has cracks. - Laundry room closet broken

The location of this property was awesome. We were close by to everything Disney it made for a pretty easy going trip. As far as the property, it’s not a 5 star spot by any means. Water pressure was great and we enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were meh but served their purpose. My best advice is to bring your own pillows if possible. The pillows were incredibly flat and we complained about it daily. It also wasn’t very quiet in the mornings due to the neighborhood bus stop for school being right outside. All in all, I would return to this property if I ever come back to Orlando.

Great location, comfortable beds

Easy to book the property and the property owners provided all the information I needed to access the property. It was very comfortable for five adults and perfect location to all the Disney parks.

Very friendly! Was very nice that they had a pack and play and high chair for our 15 month old to use! It was very much needed for a 7 night stay! :)

Property was exactly as described, great location, clean, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would definitely rebook on my next visit to Kissimmee.

Suited our party of four very well. We had the pool to ourselves when we weren’t at the attractions. The only negative was being without hot water a couple of times which meant cold showers. This was remedied quickly by a call to the management

Good location, secure and perfect for a family stay.

Condo was clean and nice. Reasonable price for week stay. Someone was always parked in the second parking spot.

The villa itself was just "ok". It was very dated but had enough space for us all. There were 5 of us. We didn't care for the fact that the master bedroom was upstairs instead of on the main level but it was doable. The main thing we didn't like about this villa was the noise at night and people standing outside all times of the day. There was a very strong smell of marijuana that came from the area they were standing in.. It felt unsafe. We heard what sounded like gunshots during the night but could have possibly been fireworks. My 20 year old daughter asked to leave because she was afraid so we left a day early.

Beautiful place and was perfect for our trip. Planning on visiting Orlando in the near future and would love to stay here again.

When we arrived the house was very clean, the property is well maintained and the pool was perfect. Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be visiting again.

Had issues with parking. The property manager tried to resolve it but we ended up parking by the pool most of our trip. Having to walk with kids in the pouring rain was not fun when we were supposed to be able to park right in front of the unit. But again this was not their fault and they did try. But overall this was a great experience. Would definitely book again and hopefully get better neighbors next time.

Great location, Comfortable condo and spacious. Met all of our needs including a stroller for our toddler. I would stay again and recommend. I'm only giving 4 stars due to master shower curtain was not as clean , everything else was up to par.

Nice gated property! Easy to access 192, I-4, Disney, Universal, SeaWorld…basically anywhere you wanted to go. It was a great value for us, we had 5 guests total so the 3 bedrooms were perfect! The 3 bathrooms as well were a great bonus! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to every thing!

The house as a whole was just right for the 4 of us. We are pretty much in the hub of things. Stores, Restaurants, Disney parks, Sea world, etc. We felt safe having a gated entrance. Will add, the kitchen was well equipped though the bed attire and pillows need to be updated and current. Also, internet service was weak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 😊😎 ☀️

Overall we were very dissatisfied with the property. We enjoyed the location and convenience of the property. And we liked that there was a fully stocked kitchen. However, The beds were not comfortable at all! And the condo was not very clean. We found little black hairs in all the towels and all over the bathroom. There was bodily fluid stains on one of the bed’s sheets. The grass was so overgrown we couldn’t use the patio and tracked grass in every time we came in the front door.

The house was clean and absolutely perfect for us. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. It was close to all the parks. Honestly it so much better then I imagined it would be! Thank you!!
