The condo was very clean and did not disappoint with the decor. Grandkids would have loved it!

We stayed here for 6 nights. No complaints at all about anything. Room was clean. We were able to make comfortable adjustments to temperature. Shower was spacious. The place was everything we needed for the time we spent there. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place

The property was located a comfortable distance from airport and parks. The unit was clean and well equipped. Very very comfortable and the pool area and slides are super fun.

Condo is showing its age. Carpet is dirty and old and tile has cracks. Baseboards are dingy. The entire place could use new paint and counter tops and would be excellent. Amenities at the community are excellent.

We went to Disney while we stayed there in Orlando. This place was very budget friendly and very convenient to the parks. I will say read the messages sent to you prior to check in. You will need some items! This place was clean and quiet. Great for when you crash after a long day at Disney. I really wish they would either replace a few items in the apartment. Chairs are torn carpet was matted down and a few fixtures were “used”. The master shower curtain was drilled into the tile and was outside of the drain pan so 50% of the shower water ran outside so we used a lot of towels to keep that contained. If a bit of TLC was done to this apartment it’d be great however it just needs a bit of updating. Overall great place to crash for the night.

Overall, everything was amazing except the details that I pointed out previously. I also recommend changing out the lock on the front door.

First, we have stayed here 4 separate years. This unit was run down compared to all others. Kitchen nicely furnished except no towels. Bath towels for 6 people were sparse. Bedroom fan broken, and toilet was running. Both of these were taken care of within a day or 2. Fabric on dining room chairs was ripped and hanging off and falling off. Unit as a whole needed a walk through by owners to see it needs some help. Would not rent this particular unit again. Not up to the same standards as all the previous ones. Was very clean

Condo was a great size and clean. They definitely could update the dining room chairs, they are old, ripped and uncomfortable. Othet than that, a comfortabe place to stay. The resort pool and kid area was great. Lots of families and kids were entertained. It was perfect for my crew.Excellent location to Disney and varirty of restaurants and shopping near by.

This is a great condo, just as advertised. It’s in a building that is quite far from the clubhouse and pool (some will love this, some won’t). Pro: The beds are very comfortable & the kitchen is very well stocked (the ice machine was fantastic). Cons: There could be more towels, the patio doors’ vertical blinds don’t open, plus the main door’s casing needs to be fixed. Overall, we had a great stay.

Just finished a nice stay! Communication with host was fantastic, ease of check-in/check out fantastic and quiet & easily accessible property. The property is showing a little age with a few items- specifically the dining room chairs need replaced (functional but have some peeling “leather”). None of the items that were showing age affected our overall satisfaction or quality of stay- they just need updated/replaced. I did mention a few items to the host and the offer was made to come out on he next day, which we declined because none of which were emergency/urgent repairs. For the price and ease, we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time staying at Windsor Hills and definitely won't be our last. It is a gated community which offers an added level of security. It was about 10 minutes from Disney and there are plenty of stores nearby for grocery or food delivery. The unit was spacious and clean and perfect for our family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues but most were addressed quickly and efficiently. The unit itself is nice, spacious, clean and in a great location close to the pool.

Loved the location, and the amount of space. The resort had a lot of nice amenities that we really enjoyed. Very short drive to the Disney parks. The condo met our needs for the trip, but it is getting a little rough around the edges and could use some TLC.

I’m so happy with our decision, definitely will highly recommend! This is our second time staying on Windsor property and we love the area and that it is a gated community which is very important to us. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and close to so many different restaurants/stores- Everything went smoothly when we encountered a problem we got a response and they were out to the property in a timely manner. The property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a quick walk and great for the little one and he loved the water slides. Will stay again!

The unit was clean and my group of star wars fans loved all the decor. Everything we needed was there.

We love staying in this complex but it was our first time with this property management company. The place we clean, well stocked and comfortable. We feel say leaving a car rental and there is plenty of parking. The pool/splash pad/slides are fun for everyone. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty but since we aren’t spending a ton of time on it, that wasn’t a huge deal.

Nice inexpensive condo for a family. One lamp didn't work, kitchen light strobed, tv's weren't connected to a streaming device, otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. It's a little dated, but nice and comfortable. Pool is great!

Just returned back to the UK from what turned out to be a 9x day trip to this property, poorly timed to coincide with Hurricane Ian! PROPERTY - well appointed and spacious, I read in the reviews some comments regarding the carpets, TV and bathroom areas - for me, the carpets seemed brand new and spotless, bathrooms were fine, TV's in all rooms simple to operate with both cable TV and Netflix/Prime accessibility. Ground floor so access was great, plenty of parking and located close to pool / games rooms etc. LOCATION - perfect, literally 10 mins from disney parks, so much choice on 192 of restaurants and bars - Millers Ale house great place to watch sport. Gated entrance which is manned 24/7 so felt very safe. OTHER - what makes this a solid 5 star was the communication and help form the owners - both Phillip and Jennifer were more than accommodating of date changes, last minute extension and good, sensible advice on how to negotiate the Hurricane that passed through during our stay. SUMMARY - would reccommend and I will be returning for sure - a great base for the parks, and if you have a car, there is all the activity on I-Drive, Downtown Orlando, and we got to go and see the Bucs play vs Packers in Tampa - about a 40 minute drive away. We were very pleased with the condo. It had a good amount of room for us. The one issue we had was dealt with promptly. We would definitely go back and stay there or rent from this company again.

Kitchen chairs are very worn and uncomfortable as well as cracked. Baseboards could use wiped down as they were dirty. The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and they do not supply washcloths for sanitary reasons? I still haven’t quite figured that part out since we’ve stayed at Windsor Hills three other times and there were always washcloths. The kids enjoyed the Star Wars decor but that’s really all this particular unit had to offer. Square Star Wars pillows and pictures on the wall.

Our family had a great time at this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Decorated cute, nice area, very close to Disney, but if you pay attention to detail when it comes to staying at a truly clean place, this place was a little rough. Dirty shower floors in both bathrooms, dirty mashed down bathroom rugs, bath towels in rough shape with holes in them, the guest shower liner was mildew and water stained. Master shower curtain rod was too high on the wall that all the water got all over the floor. Water pressure is pretty weak in both showers, so for a family with 4 girls, it took quite a while to wash everyone’s hair. We had to bring our own Roku cause 2 of the tv’s remotes didn’t work/ or the Roku was plugged in but not attached to the tv. Kitchen table chairs are very uncomfortable, and falling apart and peeling. We had to have someone come out to fix the legs on 2 of the chairs. Outputs throughout the place didn’t work. Only 2 or 3 outlets would charge our phones. Positives: great location, great pool, washer and dryer are great, couch is very nice, kitchen works great, Star Wars is everywhere, good bedding and lots of pillows.

This is a great little property for 5-6 people. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was just enough space. The property itself was as listed. It had all the essentials. Beds are firm but comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. The open/living room is a bit small, but there is so much to do in the area we barely spent any time there. Windsor Hills is a great community with a wonderful pool and splash pad for kids. They have a small shop with the basics in case something is needed in a pinch. Walmart is about 3 minutes down the road for groceries. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out. All of the Disney attractions are approx. a 10 minute drive. We had a flight cancelled 9 hours before leaving, and the property manager allowed us a late check out the day of which helped us so much. We would definitely stay here or with this property management company again.

The name of this place, Windsor Hills, is not just a marketing title but it's really a hill. You can walk around to the top of the hill and see a view you wouldn't see commonly in flat Florida. The apartment was spacious enough for us with three bedrooms, one of which is a master, and a full bath shared by the other two rooms and the living room. The master has a big walk-in closet and a big bathroom with big standing shower. The bed is king and very comfortable. The second bedroom is smaller with a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunker beds with a rollout bed from the lower bed, so total of three beds. The second bathroom has a tub and is smaller than the one in the master bedroom. All three bedrooms have smart TVs. The one in the third bedroom is locked and you cannot do anything to it, except to watch live TV and Netflix. The master, second bedroom, and the living room TVs are open to download any app you need such as HBO Max, Disney Plus, Peacock .... etc. The kitchen has everything you'd need except grilling tools. The stove is a hard surfaced electric stove. There is also a filtered water fountain from the fridge. The living room has a sleeping sofa and it easily fits two people. So technically, you can accommodate 9 people in the apartment very comfortably. The bathroom might be an issue for 9 people though, otherwise everybody can sleep. The garbage process is very easy as you just need to put it in the closed basket right out of the door, or take it to the main garbage collection area which is 3 min walk away from the apartment. Using the pool and the water slides is restricted to a maximum of 6 people. They give you bands that you must keep on your wrist the whole duration of your stay. If it breaks they'll replace it if you bring the broken band back to them. The pool and the water slides are a lotta fun for everybody, especially the kids. There are also a couple of playgrounds in different areas. The only issue we had in the apartment was the dryer. It makes VERY LOUD SOUNDS when it's in use. I didn't report it as we only used it a couple of times. Overall, the place is great. The host was very helpful. We had an issue getting into the apartment as the code we were given didn't work but then he called me and gave me a workaround so we didn't have to wait. He fixed the issue the next working day.

My family totally enjoyed the Star Wars Decour, the cleanliness and the comfort of this condo. It had amenities that you usually don’t see at other condos. They also totally enjoyed the waterslide and pool. Very close to the Disney parks. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. This really is a 5 star facility.

Great stay at this property. Really fabulous location, great pool and the property was really clean. My only issue was with the lock on the front door, not that great. However we made it work. Also the carpets could do with an upgrade. Thanks again for having us

Very nice place enjoyed staying again.

Pros: Loved the Star Wars Theme. Pool area was very nice. Plenty of space. Cons: Door Lock on front door was never secure. The fold overlook bar was falling off the door, making us insecure at night and when we were away. The screen door on patio did not open, causing a fire hazard. The carpets were filthy. The middle bathroom door sometimes would not open. Dryer made a very loud squeaking noise. Made a call to have someone look at it, but NOBODY responded. If all the above was fixed, would stay there again.

Absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! Kitchen is equipped for simple meals at home and very spacious! Beds were so comfortable and it even had a pack n play for the baby! We will stay again, thank you so much!
