The pictures don't do this home justice. It is well appointed from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We had eight family members and we all had great spaces to hang out in. The deck was beautiful and very enjoyable in the evenings as it is out of the sun that time of day. Beaver Lake is a place we have been enjoying since 1996 and this home made our stay the greatest. The host's were very responsive. We'll be back!!!

I can’t say enough about the wonderfulness of this home!! It is both beautiful and comfortable! Plenty of space for our family of nine and we especially loved our time relaxing on the deck and swimming off the dock. What a great location! We can’t wait to go back!

The cabin was great! We loved the outdoor space, proximity to the water and to Eureka Springs. There was hiking nearby and lots of options for food and entertainment within 15 min drive. We would love to come back again.

This was my first visit to NW Arkansas. The area is beautiful and there is so much to do. The house is a perfect location close to Eureka Springs and still close to Roger’s and Bentonville Arkansas. Speaking of house. The house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything. There are lots of little amenities that made it special ( extra towels, games, puzzles, magazines, etc..). We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the quiet on the porch. I would love to return and enjoy the lake in the Summer. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a getaway.

Property is as pictured. Furnishing, beds and appliances were all great. Two suggestions would be do look up when cleaning…cobwebs, spiders and other dead bugs on and around the window seals, ceiling and chandelier. Need to dust the fans. Others suggestion is to have a rubber bath mat in the showers…very slick. Otherwise everything was excellent! Thank you!

The house was so clean! We were very impressed by the decor and furniture. The home had everything we needed… from cooking, relaxing outside, and making our lattes. The homes perfectly tucked away. It’s right on the water. Not too far from Bentonville city life and eureka springs. My family and I can’t wait to come back!

What an absolutely beautifully remodeled lake house with every amity! Great location just outside Eureka Springs. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Being dog friendly was an extra bonus. We stayed over spring break so didn’t get to enjoy to water every much. The trek down to the dock was slightly arduous but the water was so clear you can see the bottom. Clear enough to see that there were no fish coming close to your hook. Had a great time overall and would love to return. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. We sat on the deck with a warm fire and enjoyed the lake view! Highly recommend!!!

This was a trip to celebrate our 46th anniversary. We stayed at the house for 5 days. This home is amazing, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The house is very clean, recently updated and beautifully decorated. It is in a beautiful location right on Beaver Lake. You can walk out the back door to the dock and the water. We went sightseeing every day. Visited Beaver Lake, Thorncrown Chapel, Christ of the Ozarks, Lake Leatherwood, the suspension bridge, Eureka Springs and much more. There is so much to see and do in the area. After a full day of activities we came back to this lovely home to relax in the peace and quiet. We grilled dinner every night on the patio and enjoyed the view of the lake. We would highly recommend this home and the beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing time and hope to return.

We honeymooned in Eureka Springs 21 years ago and returned with our kids this year. The house was perfect, fully equipped, modern, with great access to the lake for swimming. We love the area. We went trout fishing on the White River and smallmouth bass fishing on the King’s River. We also rented a boat and tubed on Beaver Lake. We plan on returning for years to come!!! Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING was BETTER than we expected! We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again. Words can not describe what a wonderful time we had. The location, the decor, the scenery, were all perfect!

Great location, great options for relaxing and boating. The dock availability is a real game changer for those that have their own boat. The kids loved playing the cornhole and sitting and reading on the back patio. Plenty of linens and living/cleaning necessities. House is really clean and nice. Overall experience was wonderful, would recommend and stay again if price is right. For our larger family, a larger skillet would be about the only recommendation on supplies. Everything else was basically right there for us! Thanks for the fun trip back to Beaver. Didn’t even mention, parking at this house is a rare find. We didn’t need it, but if you have a bunch of cars traveling in most houses wouldn’t accommodate the way this house can.

Let me just start by saying WOW. This Lakehouse is everything you need and more. To every intricate detail, extra towels for the lake, floats, paddle boards provided, to an indoor ice maker (which came in super handy for heading down to the dock!!!), extra linens and pillows…the fire pit for s’mores.. LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS IS THE PLACE. I would not stay anywhere else besides here. The view is beautiful and the convenience of being able to walk down to the dock within minutes is incredible.
