Arriving at 3AM we checked in to find that both bedrooms were messed up. After being up for more than 24 hours, we had to wait another hour in our room for the night guy to change the sheets on our beds.
A supervisor, Patty, did give us a latter check out, but the manager, Oralia Holguin, only wasted my time.
Oralia sent me a text apologizing and asked for a good time to talk. I left a voice message to let her know the times I was available and did not get any response. I left two texts as well and still no response. The day we left I asked the front desk if she was available and she was not.
One of the worst time wasting experiences I have encountered after dozens of times in Vegas.

Overall we had a great experience staying at this property. Family friendly, quiet and good access to the Las Vegas strip. Would consider staying there again.

Property was nice only thing id reccomend is leaving windows open because it was stuffy and had a smell. There was pet hair all in the bed . . I was covered in black hair in the morning. . I thought there was a no pet policy.other then that it was great for all of us.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Our suite was perfect. My husband and I will be coming to stay for a couple of days by ourselves.

rooms are clean, excellent bedrooms, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because was close at that time 😏

The frigerator broke and when they came to replace it with the new one they did not clean behind the old one and it was dusty and dirty food everywhere and needed vacuumed everywhere.

Didn't like the hidden resort fees, but I had a pleasant stay

The biggest problem was the design layout. It’s flanked with a bedroom at each end with a large bathroom in each unit.
The problem is the bathrooms are 70% of each of the suites plus they aren’t a nice design or layout. So, you overpay for excess waisted non functional space for the suite.
Now, if you are two couples with disabilities and need room for moving a wheel chair around then this would be a smart choice.
But, if you think you are getting a big suited room at a great price you will be disappointed.
