The house was perfect for our stay! We had a large group of family and the house was very accommodating. The amount of seating was comfortable for lounging, games, and meals. The beds are super comfortable and we loved that each room had a bathroom. The garage is a great addition with all the games provided! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of the home was ideal for exploring Lexington, providing easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. It offered the perfect balance between the convenience of the city and the tranquility of a residential neighborhood, making it an excellent base for our adventures in the area. What truly set this property apart were the amenities, particularly the hot tub, which was a hit with our family. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The kids, meanwhile, were thoroughly entertained in the game room, which was stocked with a variety of games that kept them engaged and happy throughout our stay. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. It’s clear that Sixgen Rentals pays close attention to detail and prioritizes the guest experience. We will definitely be coming back to this VRBO on our next visit to Lexington and will be using Sixgen Rentals for our future accommodation needs in the area.

Great stay in a beautiful house. Pictures are accurate. Plenty of room, new decor and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked great. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent property with large living/gathering area. It appears to be a new build in a redeveloping neighborhood. We did not have any issues, however there were a log of police activity on the street. Beds are extremely FIRM - all ages reported the same - that is more of a personal preference. Overall - well stocked and great for large gatherings!

Seth was very responsive. House was clean and new. Would come back.
