Close to the beach, nice kitchen, and we had a blast.

Overall this rental was great. Very clean. Free from clutter. Nice big rooms. The unit doesn't have AC which was not a problem until all the neighbors lit up their marijuana and we needed to shut up the windows. Then it reached near 80 inside the house. Little warm. Each room does have ceiling fans and there was an extra floor fan we used in the master. The loft upstairs was great but there is only one secured child gate at the top of the stairs. (A really nice one.) So if you choose to have littles in the two rooms on the main floor, they can climb up the stairs at will. All windows were very secure and sturdy. Easy to open and close. There are several plates and things for littles to use should you eat there. They even had a highchair in the master closet. Some outlets did have covers on them which was nice. The airplane noise was noticeable but we too live under a flight path at home so we're used to it. The balcony of the loft was perfect for watching Sea World's fireworks. Was great to be up there in PJs and get them tucked in immediately afterwards. WiFi was fast and streaming TVs were perfect. Showers were really nice. The master has two shower heads that can lower so it was a nice treat for our toddlers to have a shower at their height. There is another bath with a tub for those with kids that don't take showers. Oh, there is a washer and dryer in the rental which was great with littles. If we could get rid of the smokers, or add AC, this would be the perfect rental.

We booked this amazing house for a week while we visited my son. There were 6 of us ( 3 grandparents in their upper 70s, my sister and my husband and I). Views, Views, Views was perfect because of its location (didn’t take too long to get anywhere), it’s three bedrooms and 3 BATHROOMS. Everyone had their own space which is a huge plus when you have three families. We used the grill and it was a nice addition. The balconies were wonderful with their views which is another reason I chose this place. The “grands” loved sitting outside drinking their coffee. It was actually “warm” for San Diego according to those that live there but with windows and doors open the ocean breeze along with the ceiling fans kept it cool. Also if you love dogs this is the place to be. They were everywhere considering a dog beach was close by. Another huge, huge plus was all the parking space that came with Pam’s place. Parking was crazy at other places. We were lucky. We were able to walk to Hodad’s and other Ocean Beach places. It was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We loved our stay at Ocean Beach! The home was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed including a Keurig, the beach gear was fantastic. The home felt super safe with the sliding gate. Parking was spacious. One small issue... the refrigerator was not getting cold. We had to keep our milk on ice. Pam was wonderful and very communicative! Great restaurant tips. You could watch the Sea World fireworks laying in the upstairs bed! Thanks for making our vacation one to remember!

This property worked out perfectly for our family vacation to San Diego. Our first visit to California with our 6-year old son made us a bit nervous, but finding this beautiful property with security features made us feel at home. The communication with the host was great. Everything was arranged as described. The property is well kept with easy access to the beach and highways to explore everything the area has to offer. Nice property very close to beach with protected parking in an area where parking seems pretty competitive. Great views of sunset from the upper balcony.
