I really liked the cleanliness and the amenities that were available. I like the convenience of a fridge and microwave. The motion sensor overhead was really really annoying. I can be relaxing on the bed watching a movie or playing with my phone when the lights would turn off because I wasn’t ‘moving’ around. I completely understand how this can be beneficial if the room was empty; there just needed to be a clear way to disable this for comfort. It was kind of loud in the mornings since the walls were thin hearing all of the doors being opened and closed. If you wake at 5a, this place will work out, for a late sleeper, not my thing. Overall, a decent and safe place for the price.

The night started weird with having to pick up a phone to call an associate to have someone open the lobby to check me in. Then upon arriving into my room I noticed that the bed was smaller than the promoted “queen” bed I was expecting. Then the couch bed had 2 insects come out of it. After that fiasco I laid down and was stuck by a spring that was sticking out of the mattress. The attendant was nice and sympathetic but advised to call management in the morning for a refund.

Great stay! Easy parking, laundry on site, fast check in, rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of storage space and the best part, you can cook here lol. If you have to leave home but want to feel at home in some way then this is the place for you. I also want to mention the ladies at the front desk Mariah and Kimora, the 2 of them were very helpful, communicative, and accommodating to my family and I during our stay. Thank you!

It was a disaster!!! I am filing a complaint with hotels.com and the property. The manager was rude and liar! Hiram & Mariah were very helpful. The lady with the blue contacts and horrible orange tan was rude and very unwelcoming (she was the manager). She did not once smile at us during check in. Just made a rude face about a customer on the phone like they were bothering her with their issues, maybe she had a bad tan appt she was late too. Who knows. But to have that much responsibility with zero customer service skills is not the biz. Her dress was so short we could see her ass. UNPROFESSIONAL! No ice machines and the accessible room was not even fit for a person in a wheelchair. The tub was high it wasn’t a roll in. So we couldn’t use it for my handicap father in law. Idk if that’s up to ca codes. It’s not accessible. They also charge $5 a night extra, that is in the “fine print” that is non refundable and not accounted for in the price of the room when you book. So be aware of that. The first room we were given the key too, I walked in on people already laying in bed!!! The front desk was so confused. Just all around horrible. We will never stay there again. I have told everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Its always a pleasure to come the staff is great and i love how they accommodate you to check in . The only issue i have is the dogs and smell. I love dog's ❤️ just dont want to smell them. Most importantly the homeless people in the building outside the building its not safe you have all types of folks coming. There should be security at all times. Someone work truck got broken into yesterday april 18 2024. Overall prices are reasonable. Got to make more rooms without dog smells.

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. There is no closet, but there are shelves to put your belonging in and there are drawers. I liked the big refrigerator and the big microwave. I have no complaints about my room. My only issue is with billing. I was billed twice , but I caught it and the mistake was already taken care of. Virginia was extremely helpful! Thanks sis!! I would definitely stay here again!!

When I pulled back the sheets just to check to see if anything was there, I was surprised to see hair and dirt left over from the previous guest. The bed was fully made and so it was clear that they never changed the sheets from the previous guest. I called down to the front desk but no one answered. I called maybe 6-8 times before I gave up and just called the hotelʻs phone number off their website. Someone did answer that phone and he helped me get a fresh set of sheets. I also had to ask for a new protective mattress cover too because the one on my bed had stuff stuck to it. It honestly looked like some sort of glue but it had hair stuck to it so I just wanted something new over it. I was able to get another mattress cover and then I replaced the sheets myself and felt much better. The hotel itself seems fairly new. Everything else was nice. It came with a full size refrigerator and mini glass top stove. The room was large and other than the sheets, it was fine. The area doesnʻt seem to be the greatest though but we had no issues with anyone. I only saw one elevator but we never had to wait long for it.

Clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working during my stay. It is conveniently located around restaurants and is in a safe area.

We stayed a week, felt safe, easy parking ,accessible elevator, laundry. Bed could have been a bit better for handicap but everything else wasfine. Shout out to Ms.K for helping us with getting us a rental car. Thx

Everything was great. Our a/c unit wasn’t working for the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay. When I contacted them on our last night they came up and helped us get the fan on and cool air coming out because when you shower, the room gets a bit stuffy if not air ventilation. Aside from that everything was great. I’d definitely stay again

My stay here was a good one, just in the beginning when i was checking in had a little issue with my card.but the 2 girls that working were very helpful and kind and fix my problem in no time.the cleaness there is better then most hotels..it was a relaxing 2 days i would love to stay a couple nights there again...

My fly was delay and i arrived in los angeles around midnight. When i arrived at the hotel the doors were locked, and no stuff was available. I waited for an hour outside. A lady that was staying in the hotel at the time told me to use the phone on the wall and dial 500. I did and spoke to someone. This person informed me that my reservation was cancelled. Bòttom line. I slept in the parking lot (area not safe), and waited into the next day. After waiting to see if any stuff will show to work. (Nobody came) i called the hotel number nad the person was not friendly to say the least. Bottom line i never enter the facilities hotel was locked. And no stuff was in the hotel to greet me.

The elevator didn't work and the staff was rude

We had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly. This is a bare bones type room and though there is a kitchenette there are no utensils, cups or cooking supplies. You should be prepared to purchase. In addition there are no typically amenities such as tissues, shampoo, body wash and hair dryer.

Excellent extended stay. Like a mini apartment. Room came with fridge microwave & electric stove. Room was small but very clean, staff was personable and professional. Mariah rocks. Oh the rooms are STUFFY AC is a MUST. other than that. Highly recommend. I will be back.

Great place to stay if you need a few days with access to a kitchen. Have to bring most of your own supplies as it's not a standard hotel, there is just one bar of soap and a few plastic cups but nothing available for the kitchen (no cups, pots, dishes, bowls, utensils, or napkins). The elevator was not working and I was on the third floor, it was very noisy throughout the night to have a room by the stairway. Bed was squeaky but comfortable. There was some $5 fee above what Hotels.com quoted me just for staying only 1 night and not more days. There is direct access from Artesia Blvd into the main parking lot, despite Google Maps showing someone has to drive or walk a large circle around to the back. It has the best condition out of all hotels and motels near Artesia Blvd and Lakewood Blvd. The rest of the neighborhood does not look too nice. Staff is professional, nice small gym, complementary coffee, nice lobby, and vending machine available. This is not a convenient property to stay on if you don't have a car to drive.

Rooms were clean. No front staff at counter unless you check in early and check out late. No basic supplies like tissue, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Smell in the room.

We arrived about 1AM on a Friday after a concert. First of all we couldn't find the hotel because GPS kept taking us to a car dealership (not the hotel's fault, just a heads-up). We called and got directions, and when we got there had to wait for someone to come check us in and took a while to get is checked in as well. The area is a little sketchy, but we didn't have any issues. Room was fine, was clean but no amenities. No tissue, shampoo, lotion or coffee in the room. Also, I think people live there and there was someone talking loudly till about 3am. Its pet friendly as well and there was a dog barking nonstop in the morning. For our one night stay it was just ok.

I really would stay here again and recommend this to anyone who wants to stay here

The property is modern, with security doors at the entrance and inside. The building is well maintained and clean. The rooms are sparse, ,but comfortable. If you want to cook you have to buy a package that has the utensils, for an extra charge. Also, bring your own soap and shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and you cant beat the price.

Near to anywhere

This hotel cheaped out on EVERYTHING! The beds are horrible, no toiletries except one thin sliver of bar soap that doesn’t last much past 2 showers and they don’t give you any more AND NO hair dryer! Also, they only refresh your room every second day so you have to use yesterday’s towels. Also, the lobby and elevator smelled like marijuana. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed staying here and the place is extremely clean. I was able to cook breakfast and I appreciate the refrigerator and microwave.
