Resort is very nice. Unfortunately they charge for everything. Beach chairs and umbrellas, in room coffee and bottled water, parking and resort fees. Be prepared to pay for it all.

Excellent staff and property. Parking not included and was not mentioned at the time of booking. My surprise an extra $150 was charged for this service

Hotel was nice. Did not appreciate that we had to pay $35.00 for parking when we had a reservation to stay there.

Margaritaville Resort is a beautiful new place in FMB. Staff is everywhere and eager to assist or point you in the right direction. Rooms and beds fantastic.

Not what we expected Would not stay again

Very disappointed with our balcony view. We asked for an upgrade at the check in but it was denied because we booked through Hotel .com even though the property was half empty. Basically Hotel .com customers are not treated like all other customers. Other than that everything else was good.

Excellent dinner at JWB with excellent service. The pool service and hotel service was very inconsistent. Resort is very family friendly. I would not recommend for a relaxing adult get away but great for family fun.

Unless I missed it valet service was basically was mandatory $35.00 a day Bed was hard as a rock. Walls were thin and other guests were loud in the hallway. Pool, Food and service was excellent. Drinks were kinda small for the price. Stuff is still being built back after the hurricane

The management lied about the pool opening. They could have drained the pool after.the storm to reopen it faster. There are no chairs to rent nearby for the beach. The gulf view doesnt really exist and those room are next to a busy bridge and high traffic. This is the worst MV hotel I have been to.

Food at all margaritaville properties could definitely use an improvement, especially for the pricing of the properties

Pool and beach were very nice. Beautiful resort. Rooms with two beds were very small for the price. Parking was expensive and you had to wait to long for them to bring your car. Food and drinks at the resort were extremely expensive. Me and my husband went to take the dog out to the bathroom the last night we were there and as we came off the elevator there was a druggie woman laying by the elevator yelling the "f" word. She was still there when we came back. Really dark on that side of the building also.

The place is a tourist trap and a wannabe resort

Excellent, comfortable, an incredible pool 💯

From the moment we arrived the staff was fantastic. We arrived early, our bags were put into storage. The room was ready by noon (not 3:00 or 4:00 checkin). We played by the pool - very very large and nice. Our pool side server Bella was outstanding. The resort has only been open since October 2023, it was in excellent condition. The Lobby was so inviting, bright, colorful, open, clean, welcoming staff. Do not let the walk to the pool intimidate you, it is very accessible and an easy walk, feels like you are going to an island. The resort sits right on Fort Meyers Beach so you can go from pool to beach to the gulf waves within a minute. The pool side staff was abundant and pleasant to accommodate your needs. I'm not certain to the cost but you can purchase a day pass for the pool if not staying at the resort - and there were a lot of people doing so. The pool area was so large that there was never someone in your way for you to not enjoy the sun and water. The room was a standard king bed, so clean and refreshing. There was so much room to walk around the bed, desk, foyer. The bathroom was large as well, very nice shower. The resort provides body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron. The balcony had 2 chairs and a table with great views. The food was good, expected to pay beach, resort, vacation prices. At poolside there were coolers of cold water, you aren't allowed to bring any outside food or beverage (not even your tumbler) your bags are checked.

It’s a very fun atmosphere and nice accommodations but the bartender at The License to Chill bar on our very last night was extremely rude to us. Our stay started off great but ended on a bad note unfortunately.

Every nice place to relax and have a good time. Staff was great and the entire place was very clean.

A complete and idyllic resort experience. Whatever you may have imagined a Margaritaville resort experience being, this will live up to your expectations. They do everything right here. The cleanliness is superb and the customer service and amenities are exemplary. Unfortunately, as good as the experience was, the price point is not relative. You will need to take out a second mortgage on your home to stay here, and I am not just talking about the nightly rate. The price of all the food options, beverages, incidental fees, and the RIDICULOUS $35/night parking fee (with no other options available) are extreme. When we received the final bill, with all of the incidental and extra charges tallied, it really put a damper on our great experience. They have a unique brand and product and they know it, and they make sure you know it by their price points. Though I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience this unique style resort, I will not be back. Can't afford it.

Likely the nicest place on FM beach right now as so much is still damaged. Resort is clean, staff is friendly and room is spacious. Lots of fees associated with the stay but nothing unexpected as everything is laid out online. Only negative is they are charging an insane amount for drinks….I mean insane!!! If a drink cost $30 I should be buzzed. Of course it’s going to be marked up but this was ridiculous. Highly HIGHLY suggest eating and drinking off property. Would we stay her again, likely yes. The pool was nice, not too crowded on a Monday and it has direct beach access. 2 thumbs up and hoping they come around on food and drinks.

The hotel is pretty, very clean and new

Our stay was really good with a few setbacks. We were from a Thursday thru Sunday and only 1 elevator was operational. We attended our daughter’s graduation ceremony and it took the valet almost 20 minutes to bring our vehicle. This made our trip to the event much tighter. We had dinner at JWB and it was excellent. We also had dinner and drinks in LaDeeDah and that experience was very good. I also used the spa and it was a very relaxing experience.

Everything was beautiful and conveniently located!
