Appartement refait à neuf avec décoration soignée.

Immeuble insalubre avec accès toujours ouvert. Très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire. Nous n’avons eu le code d’accès que 10 minutes avant et après plusieurs relances. La porte était très difficile à ouvrir et avons failli renoncer et rester dehors. Il n’y avait ni papier toilette ni essuie tout et aucun linge de maison (torchon, serviettes). Nous avons donc renoncé à prendre une douche. Nous avons dû en urgence acheter du papier toilette et des essuies tout pour un minimum de confort.

L'endroit était infesté de cafards qui rampaient partout et je n'arrivais pas à dormir à cause de cela. Malgré notre plainte, aucun autre endroit ne nous a été proposé.

Property was renovated and looked luxurious. Bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable. Linen and blankets provided. Door was exceptionally strong and you will be safe in the room.

No reception in the building. Small cockroaches everywhere, especially in the kitchen cabinets. Building was gloomy, scary and lift was not fit for purpose. Sometimes did not work when called. Very tiny. No way to communicate with anyone in the building if the lift were to shut down while going to different floors. Armour Door was too difficult to open. No internet facility. The owner tried to provide the way to get the wifi connection, however this still did not work.

The apartment itself was bright and had decent views, it has children's parks across, the kitchen was equipped with enough for our overnight stay, the host tried their best to help out from a distance and it’s a short walk away from a Metro station.

The building itself was quite worn down and dark so can be a little scary. Lift wasn't working to the floor so you have to walk down from the 5th. The door was extremely difficult to open so we spent a very long time trying which hurt your hand after a while and not a great first impression especially after long travels. More attention needed to be spent on the cleaning (stains on the bed, crumbs on the dining chairs, dirty shower curtain etc), towels need updating, the shower is tiny and was a little uncomfortable & couldn’t connect to WiFi.

Freshly renovated, spacious and close to transit Convenience store around the corner opens til late Very easy to check in Please don't pay attention to the stairs and elevator: it's is pretty much in the parisian standards for buildings of this age.

The kitchen could use a bit more ustensiles for cooking, and please provide soap for the dishwasher and washer

I some what enjoy the view and because it was windy and remains cool. Love the kitchen and bathroom, the living room was comfy and I love the lighting In the house.

My sister and I were scared each time to get out of the apartment there was no electricity in the entire building and I didn’t learn of this until less than 10 mins of my arrival, upon my arrival the hallway reek’s of urine odour look dirty, the elevator system was crap because I still had to struggle using stairs, have been trying to reach out the owners to have the WiFi code no response, the bed linens weren’t clean or any options to change them.
