Korzystam z Booking.come od lat. Mam do nich zaufanie. Le Drupe to moja pierwsza, duza wpadką. W ofercie na glownej stronie Le Drupe jest napisane, cyt" Dom wakacyjny na wylacznosc 65 m2 3 lozka 2 sypialnie -1 salon-1 lazienka " koniec cytatu. Kontrakt mowi, ze zarezerwowany zostal 1 dom wakacyjny na 2 doroslych osob. Podrozowalem po Wloszech z bratem, wiec zamowilismy i oplacilismy z gory dom Le Drupe z 2 sypialniami i salonem. Po przyjezdzie okazalo się, że dom nie jest na wylacznosc, bo ma 2 poziomy. Fatalnie mowiaca po angielsku wlascicielka oferowala nam nam pokoj z 1 sypialnia i rozkladanym lozkiem w salonie z kuchnia na parterze. Z widokiem na miasto ale bez widoku na parterze na morze. Poinformowala nas, że na gorze pokoje są zarezerwowane przez 5 osob (!!!!!!). Ci tez rezerwowali prawdopodobnie dom na wylacznosc. Bylo pozno i zdecydowalismy się pozostac na 1 noc. Nastepnego dnia wynegocjowalismy z koniecznosci 1 noc ekstra za pozostanie w obiekcie na 6 dni. Wieczorem usilowalem się kontaktowac z Booking.come Help Desk ale bezskutecznie. To tez duze rozczrowanie bo do tej pory wysoko cenilem ich uslugi i sadzilem, że w krytycznych sytuacjach mozna na Booking,come liczyc. Naiwnosc. Booking.come musi weryfikowac oferty aby nie posredniczyc w kretactwie i cwaniactwie wlascicieli. Le Drupe jest tego najlepszym przykladem. Wlascicielka fatalnym angielskim usilowana w nas wmowic, że zamowilismy pokoj z 1 sypialnia, chociaz mam potwierdzenie, że zamowione zostaly 2 sypialnie. Omijajcie Le Drupe szerokim lukem. Liguria jest zbyt piekna a oferta wakacyjna zbyt duza aby doswiadczac takich sytuacji. Bardzo mila rzecza bylo, że podczas calego pobytu nie spotykalismy wlascicielki.

An absolute perfect appartment if you are traveling by car. I could not get enough from the wonderfull view from the terrace and very comfortable conditions. The appartement is very new, very beautiful designed and best equipped, we had absolutely everything we needed and even more. All our special needs were solved on the same day from the very kind and friendly owners. They also gave as many advises about the trips and places to visit, what was really helpful. The town has a good beach, ca 10 min by car from the appartment (no way without car). The shops and restaurants can also only be reached by car (5min). But this appartment and this view (the appartement is located on mountain) is absolutely worth it! If we come to Liguria again we will definitely make the same choice.

Absolutely nothing

The apartment is well equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen equipped with the necessary things. The terrace on the 1st floor offers a beautiful view both day and night. The furniture is nice and the beds comfortable. The host provided us fruits, water and juice, which was verry appreciated by our kids.

I didn't like one of the access ways that if you don't know them, you can have difficulties. For example, we used Waze and it took us on a very bad road, even on a dead-end street, then on a hard-to-reach section without asphalt. With great difficulty I reached the address. I had to call the host for further information. The second access option is much better, but I had to look more closely on Google maps, based on previous experience. I recommend adding clearer information to get to the address to avoid the bad road. The nice part was that on the bad road, we saw a deer. Another minus was that in the evening I found several small ants in the living room. It is also difficult to ventilate the bathroom with a small fan.
