Lovely place, stayed a second night. The ladies are a great laugh! The rooms are lovely and clean. The facilities are amazing, including the use of the kitchen and washing machine, which came in really helpful!

The shower could have been slightly more powerful. But not the worst thing in the world.

Kitchen facilities downstairs a bonus and very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water, Heather lovely host and very helpful

Shower was lacking in pressure so not much water but water was lovely and hot though

Use of the kitchen, the lights outside were amazing, my kids loved the place.

The Rosemount was a great place for us to stay as we explored Dartmoor. The room was very nicely appointed and there was lots of space for the 3 of us. The door separating the two bedrooms was an added bonus. Not only was the room perfect for us but the price was exceptional. We would definitely return. Charlie the cat was an entirely unexpected and extremely pleasant addition to our stay.

Very clean and comfy. The owner was very attentive and although we only stayed for one night, I could see us using this again as a base in the future.

A breakfast option would have been ideal. That said, the kitchen was lovely there are plenty of shops and a cafe across the road.

We knew it didn’t include breakfast but weren’t sure til we got there whether there was an option to add breakfast on arrival. There wasn’t because the owner doesn’t provide breakfast due to family commitments. We thought she could’ve given guests the option of a continental breakfast as the facilities would allow for that with her being present if set up beforehand. Bit disappointed we had to wash up, only ever done that before with self catering.

As above- lack of continental breakfast option. Also couldn’t find normal tv stations (itv, bbc etc) only streaming channels.

Location ideal, Hotel, clean, tidy, fresh, host very cheerful, explained were everything was.
