Nice location. Close to main drag and beach.

Home was in a great location steps from restaurants and shops. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient, street parking was never an issue even though it has a tiny garage we never needed it. Kitchen was stunning, bathroom was small but beautiful renovation. Home was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house - it’s bright, open, well-equipped and perfectly located - just a quick walk to restaurants and the beach!

The home is beautifully updated in a nice neighborhood. They had several games that we played, had a nice patio and the parking was good. Had a garage which was a tight squeeze for a full size suv, but parking on the street was simple. 1/2 mile walk to the beach and a block down the street on 2nd street were plenty of restaurants and bars. Also nice golf course a few miles away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and clean. Fully outfitted kitchen, everything new and top quality. . Bungalow has been recently renovated. Walkable neighborhood. Great host.

OK we love the property. It was super comfortable and look exactly as the pictures and descriptions show. I would definitely stay here again. Whether I stayed here with my two teenage sons, everything’s in walking distance, and so much to do.

This house is perfect size for 2 couples. Kitchen is massive, beds are comfy, sheets and blankets were so soft, and patio out front was a perfect hangout for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach! The neighborhood is charming, and seemed very easy for Uber drivers to navigate for pickups/drop-offs.

We were unsure about parking as the garage is tight, but we could just fit our small SUV in there. That said, we had no issues whatsoever finding a car park right out front on the street the majority of the time. Cannot recommend this rental enough.

When we arrived every area was well kept. The only thing I would suggest is getting the right seat for the toilet, kept on moving and leg was toughing rim. Also have house keeping put up towels and sheets from the dryer prior to new guest arrival.

There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper which we needed to use since we were 3 separate adults. This was not resolved since there was ony a big comforter in the closet (not something you could sleep on) and we were just told that housekeeping must have forgot to leave any sheets. So one of us had to sleep on the couch, and after 2 nights not great on the back. Also, we were doing a girls weekend with our elderly mother and were looking forward to watching movies at night. However, only the bedrooms had TVs, none in the common living area. We made the best of it, though. Overall it's a nice property, love the location.

The home was so beautiful and comfortable! So well appointed! And the location could not be beat! Really got a great feel for the Long Beach, CA area! I would definitely stay again!

This is a newly remodeled property and the owners did a fantastic job! To top it off they left no stone unturned as far as amenities and the place is sparkling clean with a nice breeze, comfy beds and really nice neighbors! We will be back for sure! Also, the price is affordable, unlike others in the area that seem overpriced for what they are offering. Great location close to all the hot spots ;-)
