Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Perfect vacation spot close to the beach but away from the crowd.

Not on the beach but loved the location. Had everything we needed. Communication in the condo could have been a little better (Wifi instructions were hard to find, no checkout instructions) but other than that loved it.

My family came here to vacation and look at apartments for our move to this area. The host is fabulous! The place itself is huge, the pictures don’t do justice. You’re within walking distance to several restaurants! Very close drive to the beach. I would recommend it to anyone!!

First off, The condo is nice. Very beautiful place and the location is great. Right near food, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Washer and Dryer in the condo, plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing with great water pressure! The neighbors are great. We met some very nice people while we stayed for the weekend and had some great conversations with them. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. But it did have a few cons that we want to mention and maybe this is not exactly on the owners but the HOA itself but 2 three minor things from inside the Condo. 1. The breezeway to get into the condo was full of cobwebs and spiders. All around the door to get inside the Condo was pretty bad. Where we are from, we are bugs and critters all the time but to go on vacation and to have more spiderwebs around the door than I do around my building in the country is not what we wanted to see going in our room. 2. The balcony of the condo was pretty filthy. The vinyl siding was very dirty. Again, more cobwebs and spiders out there. That could use a really good cleaning. 3. The furniture in the master bedroom was dusty. On the headboard is a surround sound speaker and we wanted to use it but had to wipe it off first because it was pretty dusty. We never got it to work. The TV in the master bedroom was the smallest of the three. It actually had Samsung TV and we loved that but the TV was so small. That should be bigger.

The condo is at the center of everything. Walking distance to any and all amenities. The place was clean and had all we needed to have a perfect weekend.

Location was exactly where we were looking for. (Off the beach but close to it with walking distance to food and shops). Unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Communication and hospitality from the host was great. We’ll be back.

The condo was very clean and neat.. quiet area. Felt very safe. Convenient to shopping and the beach. Wi-Fi was great for internet use. I would recommend upgrade to access live tv for sports enthusiasts.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and great location.Walkable to coffee,food,shopping even beach if looking for a healthy stroll with an awesome view from the bridge. Great way to start or end your day. Everything needed for stay was more then adequate ly provided. True just show up and enjoy stay. Appreciated Jen's prompt communication throughout from time of booking. There were no issues but feel if there were they woulld be quickly addressed. Will be back.

Very clean condo and close to everything!

We had a great experience renting from Jen! She was super communicative leading up to the trip and answered all my questions quickly (with the answers I was hoping for!). The price was great, especially compared to everything else in the area on such short notice (the host from another site canceled on us unexpectedly). Our family of five made good use of the space. We used the sunroom as an extra sleep spot with an air mattress we borrowed from a friend in the area. Jen had coffee and snacks there to get us started and even set up the pull-out couch for us after finding out how late we’d be arriving. We were very grateful for the beach items, checked out the pool (and had it all to ourselves), and found the location to be super convenient for all the activities we had planned.
