This was an incredible stay for me to come back to my old hometown and visit friends! I will be back. Beds were comfy, house had everything you needed.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Older home that could use a little work but seemed clean and updated. Kitchen is well stocked. Very easy to check in and out. Grandson loved the swing set in the back yard. Would definitely stay again when in Joplin with family.

Older remodeled home in a established neighborhood. Quiet area with easy access to main roads. Streaming TV service and great wifi. Very clean and very well stocked with cookware, dishes and pantry supplies compared to most VRBOs we have stayed in. Only unusual thing was the 2 twin beds were very low to the floor.

We all cuddled up in the cozy living room and watched two movies together. Wonderful space for five seniors to spend the night on our way home from a wedding in Dallas. Would stay again. 😃

We got in late Sunday night and went to bed almost right away. We were up early on Monday and left by six to travel to see the total solar eclipse, after the eclipse travel was slow and we got back at nine to the house. We left Tuesday morning at eight. Because of the purpose of our

We came to town for a family dinner and decided to make a long weekend out of it. The house was perfect. Centrally located. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable and cozy. The owners were easy to work with and check in was simple. We would definitely stay again.

Good little house for us to stay while at a conference. We accidentally locked ourselves out, but the owner quickly helped us get back in. Everything was awesome!

Finley cottage was perfect for over stay in Joplin. It was comfortable, clean and I'm a safe neighborhood. Easily accessible with places to eat close by. I would thoroughly recommend this property and would stay again if I was in town.

We only stayed for 1 night but it is an adorable house. It matches the description well. There is everything you could possibly need. The house is clean and really cute. Would definitely stay here again if back in town.

The house is really nice and clean. It was comfortable and felt safe. The backyard was nice for the kids. The owner responds very quickly and was so nice to communicate with. The only down side is the listing states sofa bed but neither couch turned into a sofa bed. I would definitely book this house again if I need to stay in Joplin.

The property owner is so kind and the home is very comfortable. We were all very impressed. You can tell that they put a lot of work and thought into making this place a great place to stay. I definitely recommend booking here. Without a doubt, if we were ever planning to come back to Joplin, we would check to see if this place was available first.

Our two-family group enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable, with a lot of space for hanging out and a nice kitchen for preparing meals.

This is a fantastic property close to restaurants and major shopping areas. Our family enjoyed this location. Beds were very comfortable and we all had enough space to get ready for the wedding with two full bathrooms. Kitchen was awesome to prep the rehearsal dinner. Highly recommend this location for families staying in the Joplin area.

We loved the house and the fact that my mom could stay with me and my husband! The host has thought of everything, which made the stay even more comfortable. We went absolutely stay here again if we were going to be in the area.

The home was just as advertised. There were plenty of beds and an extra blow up mattress our kids used. The host was so helpful and stayed in touch. We will definitely plan on visiting again next year. The neighborhood was very quiet yet It was very accessible to the event we were in town for.

Alyssa was great to work with! She was great about making sure we were able to get in and kind enough to make sure we had everything we needed. She also shared attractions around Joplin for my family to enjoy. The property it’s self was clean and cute and made us feel right at home! I couldn’t ask for a better get away for my family!

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was short! We walked in and the house was the cleanest places I’ve stayed in a while. I’ve been to! Our teenage girls loved the decor and we enjoyed the accommodations. Would recommend to anyone going to be in this area and would stay here again!!
