The door key kept not working, during a 3 day stay I had to get new room keys 4 different times and then because the keys still weren’t working we just propped the door open or made sure someone was in the room to let us back in. That is very inconvenient. The pool is very simple and small. The restaurant and breakfast is expensive so we didn’t eat but it looked good. Overall aside from the door key, which was a major issue, the stay wasn’t bad but for how much more expensive this was compared to other hotels I was expecting it to be a little nicer

Loved the cute hotel; the staff were amazing ! They were so nice and joked around with us. The view from the 4th floor is amazing. It is minutes from my sister and everything in town. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Hotel was great! It was clean and updated. We loved the walkable trails (paved and gravel) at the nearby lake area and the parks within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

I loved the view from the balcony where we ate breakfast and drank coffee.

This was the cutest hotel with so much to do around it! So clean and comfortable!

Nice hotel

Room was very nice and spacious. Check in on 4 th floor - weird and then never saw them since we were on 1st floor. The worst part was they didn’t clean the room and when we tried to talk to housekeeping, they did not speak English and therefore didn’t do anything we asked. We had to go get our own towels and TP when we ran out. Will not return!

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Most of the hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. The restaurant staff are very nice.

This hotel was amazing. There is so much to do in the area and there was a rooftop restaurant and bar with beautiful views.

My second stay here and it was just a good as the first time I’ve made this my go to for when I have to stay here.

My key didn’t work in the door, and the door didn’t lock, so you could just walk into our room.

Fantastic property and convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities.

The hotel has a modern feel. Very peaceful and clean. Rooms were clean with coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. Front desk staff was adequate. Cleaning staff was very warm and friendly. Note: the lobby is on the 4th floor. When we arrived, we were informed that bottle water was complementary. About 3 days into our stay, we were informed that the water “should have been charged for.” At a $1.85 that wasn’t too bad. However the day before we left I was charged $3.00 each for them with no explanation; only a weak apology. Then at check out I was charged an additional amount for my stay which was prepaid in advance. Meaning, to me, they up the rate I was given from Expedia. In a nut shell, I won’t be going back to this hotel. They seem to purposefully not tell their guests everything and make them pay for it afterwards.

It was a very nice place to stay

A very clean and well run hotel. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Only problem we had was our room key cards had to be reset 2 times during our stay. Each time it was quickly taken care of. It was a 5 star stay!

Everything was nice except the mattress and bedding……. And the lack of free breakfast. The breakfast not being offered was my fault for not conforming it before booking.
