Great for location and general comfort but window was broken, bed was broken which was only noticed when checking out so overall didn’t affect the nights sleep and was really warm with no way of turning the heater off

I have never been in a hotel that was so bad that I had to leave within an hour. Just absolutely diabolical in every way. The happiest part of my experience was booking an uber away from this hotel. I do not know how this hotel can possibly charge this amount of money for such a horrible room.

Really friendly, great price and car parking, so convenient for tube and local South Indian food and great almost adjacent cafe for breakfast

The hotel was cheap so i wasn't expecting 5*, it was clean but shabby.
My room net curtain was ripped. Broken furniture etc,
Its right by a train line and literally every 5 minutes the trains go by, they are loud and shake the room deep into the night.
The staff member who checked me out in the morning, an older gentleman was super nice.

The mattress had human faeces stains on it. The window did not lock. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the corridor; which was there when we arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was still there when we left on Thursday morning.

Staff were friendly. Great location especially access for wembley. Plenty of nearby convenience stores. Decent sized rooms. Clean bedding and towels but thats the only positives im afraid. Our room smelt like pee, had matresses like concrete, broken units, shared bathroom light didnt work and door didnt fully close. Very outdated and quite noisy at times.

Very noisy and no fans provided. Traffic noise was unbearable.
People shouting and fighting outside the hotel for hours. Dirty curtains and carpet.

For the price it was worth it, clean, friendly staff and good location for us to get to wembly. Lots of narrow stairs if you have bulky luggage. Our room carpet coul do with being changed stain & hole, other than that suited our needs. Thanks

Share public tiolet is the weakness. Close to Tube is very good with free car park place. No more can ask in such price. Good.

We may as well stayed in the streets it was that cold in our room we complained everyday but nothing was done about it

Hotel is opposite of tube station and car park place is very good and spacious. Share tiolet and kitchen is the weak point. But overall, the staff is very helpful
