Good location, quiet area. Pool table was a nice extra although bit cold to be out there too long.

Nothing to dislike but one or two improvements could be made, namely bedside table and lamp in back bedroom would be very useful, hook on the back of bathroom door, tidy rack in the shower, clearer controls for central heating. Just a few little things which would make the house more functional for living.

The house is an amazing modern home right in the heart of Belfast. No detail was spared when putting the guest first. The bed in the main master is like sleeping on a cloud and the tv built into the bed who wouldn't want that luxury. A kitchen with every utensil or pan you needed which was brill ! The games room is something else too. We cant wait to stay again and really didnt want to leave ! The neighbourhood was so lovely and quiet too, perfect for us.

Couldnt fault a single thing everything for our stay was perfect.

Every single thing was perfect, location, facilities and the kindness of the host, the cleanliness of the house was spotless and everything you need to feel at home was a plus, and I would stay here again no doubt!
