The location is as close as perfect if your goal is to view Mount Agung from the comfort of your accommodation! Better luck in the morning during sunrise time to view Mount Agung. The pool and poolside meets the brief and never gets too packed during my stay there. Size of room is big and comfortable, and the showers are hot.

Far and slightly secluded. If you do not drive you will need to take a taxi there which can cost quite a bit, and there is an inertia to explore outside the resort so you end up just staying in. That will be fine if there were more activities available in the resort. Although there is a basic list it is not readily advertised in the room and I had to ask for it. I opted for the massage but the room is quite make-shift so the ambience is not perfect although the massage was okay.

Menu dan variasi makanan cukup, dengan rasa yang enak. Staf yang ramah, kamar dan lingkungan hotel yang bersih dan nyaman. Kami menginap untuk liburan tahun baru bersama keluarga, awalnya memesan 2 kamar standar, saat chek in salah satu kamar diupgrade ke tipe bungalow tanpa tambahan biaya. Tempat masuk lokasi hotel berada di tanjakan/turunan dengan tikungan tajam, agar tetap berhati-hati. Penjual makanan sekitar hotel sangat terbatas, perlu persiapan untuk makan malam atau bisa pesan makanan direstoran hotel. Kamar mandi perlu dilengkapi exhaust fan sehingga saat mandi sirkulasi udara lebih bagus dan kaca tidak mengembun.

Rather basic rooms for the price. Friendly staff but many lacked professionalism : forgotten welcome drinks, unclear breakfast options, expensive restaurant and bar, no help for activities in the area. People need training.

The best decision is to stay here. 1) The view is Amazing. Mount Agung is so majestic. Early in the morning, there was not a single cloud. 2) The rooms are super comfortable, bright and spacious 3) The staff is super accommodating. They found me a taxi to get back to the city and made sure my luggage was loaded. Walked 1,5 hours to the Besakih temple from the hotel. the scenery is just wonderful.

Excellent staff, clean, good food and good value for money.

At dinner there could be a lot of flying bugs attracted to the lights which made me eat one time at my own room. Internet sometimes dropped away, but not a big thing. Very little downside experienced while staying at this wonderful place.

Very new and beautiful hotel with amazing view on rice fields and Mount Agung (if it’s not cloudy). Very good service, extremely attentive and friendly! We liked the infinity pool with great views. All the dishes we tried at the restaurant were delicious. Also the breakfast menu has a wide selection of continental breakfast as well as Indonesian.

The only thing that you need to know is that it’s not in central Bali or near a lot of shops. The hotel offers some tracking tours & spa treatments but other than that it’s a place to relax away from the crowds.

Nestled on a land with the view of Mount Agung was magical. Pool was amazing! Room with balcony view of agung! The hospitality attended by all the staff made our stay much more delightful. We would definitely come back!

There’s nothing not to like about our stay here. Only a small setback with our room aircon was a little noisy.

Der Ausblick auf den Jungle und den Mount Agung war unglaublich. Das Essen war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich. Der Pool war super schön und angenehm. Der Service war grandios. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war alles super. Leider konnte man mit Gojek nur einen Fahrer bekommen, wenn man im voraus reserviert. Ansonsten gibt es bestimmt genug andere Optionen: z.B. ein Taxi von der Rezeption rufen lassen.

The curtains are too thin so the daylight wakes you up quite early as well as a local rooster. The toiletries, sower gel and soap could be better.

It's a brand new hotel in a beautiful area with nice views from the restaurant and pool. However, there is no greenery in the property, it doesn't feel lush and cozy like most other properties on the island. There is no character in the common areas or in the room design. The rooms have no view, just overlook other rooms. The staff is nice, but that's about it. There is nothing to do around the hotel but if you get a motor bike or a driver you can explore the beautiful areas nearby.

It was a very nice place to stay. The location is super nice but also the people in the hotel are super nice and friendly. They made me feel home🤲🏾 I went for a nice hike with a hotel tour. Just ask for Sues and he will show you how beautiful Bali is.

Awesome beautiful view, very clean bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, everything was excellent.

En general todo muy bien. Todo el personal fue súper amable y atento. El desayuno era muy completo y rico, una parte tipo buffet y luego podías elegir de carta un plato principal. La ubicación buena si tienes moto o transfer para moverte, los alrededores son espectaculares, lleno de arrozales, selva y cerca de lugares de interés como el volcán Agung o el templo Besakih. Tienen servicio de alquiler de moto. La habitación es amplia y con unas vistas increíbles al volcán.

- Locatie is mooi, prachtig uitzicht. - Het hotel en de kamers zijn nieuw en mooi onderhouden. - Het personeel kan uitstekend Engels en zijn erg behulpzaam. We hebben dit hotel ook met extra dagen verlengt omdat je hier goed tot rust kan komen.

- De prijzen voor de scooter zijn 2x zoveel als overige plekken, dit komt ook omdat de locatie erg afgelegen is - de prijzen in het restaurant zijn ook een stuk duurder dan op andere plekken, wel vergelijkbaar met toeristische restaurants gericht op Westers eten. Het eten is voldoende. - pannenkoeken bij het ontbijt zijn erg klein - het personeel probeert wel eens diensten die het hotel aanbiedt, aan je te verkopen. Dit is niet storend of overdreven, maar valt wel op.

De service was erg goed! De ligging was ook erg mooi! Het was erg schoon.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfy and the swimming pool is just amazing with the best view you can ask for! The breakfast is great as well.

All the prices for extras are so expensive compared to any other places we’ve been to in Bali… From the prices on the menu it needs to add 21% tax… Scooter rental, massages, restaurant everything is way too expensive…

Beautiful rooms, lovely people, beautiful location with Agung view when clear sky. The bed is very comfy, the room was clean.

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom, other than that everything ok. The food in the restaurant is not great.

Een net geopend hotel, prachtige locatie met adembenemend uitzicht! Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, regelen een scooter voor je en daarnaast ook erg schoon.

Prijzen van het diner wat aan de hoge kant ten opzichte van de rest van Bali. Verder merk je dat het nieuw is en ze ooit nog wat zoekenden zijn maar al met al zeer genoten!

Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind top und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. 2 Mitarbeiter haben uns einmal kostenlos zum Night Market um die Ecke gefahren. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais pas copieux. L'emplacement était super. Vraiment très bien pour admirer le Mont Agung.

Les repas très chers pour la quantité. Très peu copieux, mais niveau qualité des produits c'était tout de même bien.

Only close to Besakih which is great if that’s where you’re going. Other than that it is far from everything.
