The house is newly constructed and beautifully done. We enjoyed our family vacation at summer salt. House is clean, well maintained, the pool is beautiful and clean. The management was easy to reach out to and tried to help with the issues we had the best they could. During our stay the elevator and WiFi were the most disappointing feature of the house. The elevator was poorly installed and has-some safety concerns. First, There is a big opening between the elevator and the bottom floor that one of our family had their foot stuck. I showed the maintenance team member as well. Thankfully there was no injury. The Elevator worked only for a couple of days during our stay and maintenance team came to fix it a three times. It wasn’t working the day we checked in and out so we were forced to take all of our stuff and luggage through the stairs and it wasn’t fun to say the least. On our checkout day the stuff promised they would send out people to help us take our luggage’s down but no one shows up. The WiFi was very spotty and people who were working from home had hard time staying connected to it. The other thing was stuff that take of the house would walk in to the premise without any prior notice and that was a little uncomfortable because there were minors playing around.

Overall our stay was great. The house was a little dirty due to the last guest locking out the cleaners. The location and amenities of the house was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were clean and tidy. The proximity to the beach was a little hike through the dunes but was very manageable. The beach itself was amazing. Not too crowded not too empty. The house is located around whole, restaurants and other things to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed Summer Salt and would recommend it to others.

Summer Salt was everything as advertised. My family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay here. A few hiccups with the internet and elevator but nothing a little paitence couldn’t over come. The trek to the beach was rough, especially if you’re carrying a lot. Definitely will be back!!!
