My family and I had a great time at Kokomo. 2nd trip there and both were just what we needed….fishing, swimming, sunsets and sunrises on the water. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Marvin and Nomah…great hosts!!

This place had it all for all age groups. Very close to the beach, pool was the perfect size, and fishing was a great relaxing activity for the family. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. We can’t wait until our next annual trip to the coast. Hopefully this one will be available- it definitely set our standards high compared to other homes we’ve rented in the past.

What a wonderful property! We came with family including grandparents and three boys between 10 and 16.
The entire process from booking to check out was simple and the owners very responsive to any question.
This is the most well stocked and maintained VRBO that we have ever stayed in.
It was so lovely to be right on the water and have the hot tub available. There were several reviews before noting the hot tub not being ready for them but we found it to be clean and in perfect working order. We made s’mores in the fire pit and it was so nice to have the fire supplies already there to use. The grill was very nice too and we enjoyed grilling our catch of the day for dinner!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Kokomo Waters. Had communication with the owner a few times before and always responded and were very helpful. The house was great for all 10 of us-all adults. Many chairs in and out and comfy recliners in the family room. Comfy beds in all 6 rooms. FYI-no tvs in the first floor bedrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked and many towels with other needs. Loved loved loved the pool and hot tub and grill area and fishing area. It suited all our needs. We had a very memorable stay and plan on returning!

We had a wonderful time at Private Oasis at Kokomo! So much to do on the property we really didn’t leave much during our stay. The most enjoyable was the early check in and late check out, we have never had a host make that available in all our past rentals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Nice pool with large backyard and lots of space for activities. Perfect house for a large family getaway. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. They had plenty of towels to accommodate everyone and games for the family to play. Would definitely recommend and revisit. Great fishing spot from shore and boat ramp is only a couple of minutes away.

I don’t even know where to begin…absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook, bake and grill!! I have never seen a place so we’ll stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms with Kleenex, toilet paper, air freshener and towels. They even had sunscreen. Met the Owners and they are so nice and accommodating. Super friendly couple. Having a water on both sides of the home was fantastic. Great fishing, able to dock the boat, swimming pools and hot tub made it a vacation home with everything we needed! Highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Unfortunately the sun didn’t want to come out much but the kids still enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was great. Caught some fish and saw some fun boats pass by. The ice maker and two refrigerators were great. Kitchen had lots of supplies!

Property was amazing, plenty space for our group (3 families) to enjoy together. The backyard is a key focal point for entertainment, pool, outdoor kitchen, plenty seating, jacuzzi, love the fire pit sitting area, corn hole and fisherman paradise. Indoors the kitchen has everything you could imagine and plenty space to gather. Multiple beach themed rooms and just great place to change out. We had intentions of hoping to beach but didn't find a reason as the home was private and perfect. Owners ensured everything was perfect couldn't ask for anything more, definitely returning in the future!

We’ve spent so many Thanksgivings at Kokomo that it feels like our second home, and it never disappoints. The owners have taken care of every single thing that anyone could need to make this home complete. It’s our family Thanksgiving with kids and grandkids, and although the weather wasn’t great (the owners couldn’t control that!), the kids caught tons of fish on a chartered fishing boat. We look forward to many more family vacations at Kokomo.

Perfect property for our family to celebrate our dad's 70th birthday. Plenty of space inside and outside for the family. We really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and being able to dock our boat! Would definitely come back and recommend.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. The backyard area had everything to keep us entertained and the inside had plenty of room for everyone. Fishing at night under the lights was awesome! We caught a lot of trout and got to see the dolphins swim around during the day. Communication with Marvin was excellent and he was very welcoming every time we talked or chatted. Thanks for everything Marvin! We will be back!

House is fantastic for a group. Owners were easy to reach when necessary (ie, we set off an alarm). Location is ideal. Saw lots of dolphins, caught trout and a red fish. Book this property. It’s worthy of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing property! We came in February during the cold front to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday. We caught a total of seven big uglies (black drum) right off the sea wall in the backyard. The smallest we caught was 38 inches. The house never felt cramp with our large group, as well. There were so many amenities in the backyard to help enjoy that beautiful view of the bay! Will definitely be coming back again.

We spent Christmas vacation at this fabulous location. The views were beautiful, we sat on the porch and watched the dolphins swim by. So many fun outdoor activities. Corn hole tournaments daily , hot tub and the pool. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking with a beautiful view of the water. The Christmas decorations were such a nice surprise. We never tire of staying in this home. It literally has everything you can think of that you may possibly need, is always immaculately clean, and has that wonderful view of the water with fishing no further than the back yard (and of course that swimming pool to cool off in on hot summer days). We always enjoy our stay, and the check in/out process doesn’t get any simpler. Another wonderful trip in the books!

Beautiful home, great pool, lots of amenities and things to do. Kitchen was really stocked well if you like to cook. Nice fishing lights for fisherman, we caught a lot of fish only most were undersized. Kids had a great time in pool which is excellent for young children with a shallow area and some deeper steps which made it easy to keep an eye on them. Corn hole games available, so much to keep everyone occupied. Everyone really enjoyed the trip!

Kokomo has something for everyone in my opinion. The swimming pool being available instead of running down to the beach, the ability to park the boat in the canal, and the awesome fishing in the inner coastal water way. There was plenty of supplies in the house, from kitchen utensils, cookware, towels, and linens. They even had a spare propane tank for the grill tucked nicely away behind the trashcan beside the grill. The driveway has plenty of parking, we had 4 vehicles with room to spare!
We cannot say enough how easy the hosts made check-in, checkout, answering any questions, and being available!
We highly recommend this property, and will defiantly rent again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The view of the bay from the house was beautiful and the backyard was AMAZING! It was a much needed break for our family including our parents who don’t travel. The pictures on the site sold us, but we soon realized it was so much more than what was on the site. We will stay again without a doubt! The house was stocked with everything you could need, and other than groceries we were set for whole trip. The fishing was a ton of fun (even though we didn’t have any keepers) but the highlight for me was seeing dolphins swimming about 20 ft away a couple of mornings. We highly recommend this house!
