I didn’t like anything such a poor host service

Fairview Court is very clean, ultra modern with excellent amenities. The Property Manager Ruse is extremely friendly and professional and always keen to ensure guests have everything they need to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

Property itself is impeccable and very well situated and maintained. I wish there was catering services available onsite however but not a main issue as one can always get groceries from one of the local marts.

I have never written a review about anything before and I'm in my 40's, but Fairview deserves one. The host Rose, was super awesome. She is everything a facility like that deserves; professional, respectful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as can be. It felt like home. Thank you so much Rose, whoever hired you must be super proud of you. I am opening a facility soon and I will pay anything to have you manage it for me.

The aesthetic/decor is really modern yet comfortable, and also well maintained. I also enjoyed lounging by the pool and all the staff in particular the hostess/owner Rose were very accommodating! We were celebrating a birthday and everything from the surprise to restaurant recommendations she was always willing to help. I also liked the area, it’s a quiet road but there are multiple restaurants bars a few minutes away.

I LOVE this place, very peaceful with great staff especially Rose. she always makes sure everything is ok and is always available when you need anything. This will be the only place that i will stay when i’m in kumasi. TOP NOTCH APARTMENTS.

Property was brilliant. It was a nice setting. Well designed and good environment. Host was good and responsive and helped at all times at all hours.
