It was roomy and cheap.

Missing light bulbs/the only one bulb that was there not working in twin bedroom, rodent droppings in at least 4 bedrooms and closet, tarp on roof, finger nail and toothbrush under bed of kingsize bedroom, shower head and shower unusable in downstairs bathroom, no spare towels/pillows/sheets, used kids underwear in upstairs closet, dirty black shirt in upstairs restroom, mulch bags blocking handicap ramp to hide the rotting wood on the house, two trash bags for 4 days, pest scratching in walls at night, maintenance request and pest control requests left unanswered. No shower head in guest bathroom.

This was my first time staying somewhere other than a hotel or a friend's house, so the entire experience was an adventure for me. As we were just there overnight, we barely got to enjoy the space, but I will suggest this property to anyone I know who needs a space like it. I appreciated the way the owners used the space. I also loved finding sound machines in every bedroom to help drown out traffic or neighborhood noise.

Anything that could have been better is the difference between a hotel and a booked property. The parking situation was fine, but we arrived later than planned because it was the first day it had rained in SWLA in months, so everything was flooding, and the rain was never-ending. Also, we were sent the wrong code for the back door, so that was a bit disconcerting, especially in the rain.

I love the fact that my entire family could stay together we were able to cook together as one family we were able to sit up and the family room and hang out together. The amenities were far beyond my expectations the coffee with the flavored Kramer the seasonings the spice rack everything was just simply amazing. Also I thought that we would have to like stripper on beds and all of that and we did not have to do that which may check out so much easier.

There was absolutely nothing that I could complain about keep up the good work

Me an my family njoy everything about this house the location was great the house was beautiful and clean an very fresh I would call this property a 10 out of 10 very beautiful and clean nice yard up to date

The parking was great just a lil far for disabled people an trash was already full

J'ai contacte 2 fois l'hote pour des questions sur les equipements / lingerie puis sur le refrigerateur qui etait casse a l'interieur et mes messages sont restes sans reponse. Nous louons cette maison pour 12 personnes et il y n' y pas assez de couverts : ni fourchettes, ni cuilleres. C'est assez simple de prevenir en demandant a chaque locataire d'apporter des couverts. Comme il est simple de prevenir qu'il n'y a pas d'etagere dans le refrigerateur et que le partage est donc impossible, il faut entasser les courses, empiler comme on peut avec des boites. Egalement prevenir du bruit de la plaque sur la route quand c'est une famille qui loue. Ce logement conviendrait davantage a des personnes qui sortent tard le soir et qui viennent individuellement comme a l'hotel. La literie est vraiment bonne et la cuisine a une bonne taille, c'est dommage de ne pas considrer votre logement comme une maison a part entiere, elle en a toutes les qualites.

Our Magnolia House angel was the best! Brought 2 bottles of complimentary wine. There isn’t one thing we would change!!! We had 12 family members from Louisiana, Texas and Missouri. We loved being right there at the parade route.

Location super close to Downtown which has ton of restaurants and things to see. Cozy house with privacy fence around it. All rooms have big TVs and really comfortable beds, even a noise machine that helps you sleep like a baby. Chance and his Cajun Angel are so kind. Probably best Host we’ve had!
