We booked this place with our friends, which meant there were 4 adults and 4 children. We had an absolute blast over a 4-day weekend! The house was very clean, lived up to its description, and was exactly what we needed! The hosts were in constant communication with us, even over the weekend, offering whatever assistance we needed, which was very little. There was plenty of space for all of us, with room to spare. When we weren't hanging out in the water, we were on any one of the multiple outdoor patios or, at a bare minimum, spending quality time playing ping pong downstairs or games on the dining room table, which accommodated all 8 of us. We rented a SeaDoo from a local company and enjoyed hours sprinting around Horseshoe Bay. As Austinites, we often forget to take advantage of everything that's so close to us and this getaway helped to remind us that we have so many amazing locations that are just a hop, skip, and jump away from our city. If you need a little getaway, this is the place for you!

We go every summer to LBJ & this is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at in our over 6 years. Property is very welcoming! It’s well maintained, extremely clean, great location and comfortable furnishings. Ping pong table was a hit with the kids. Private boat slip and pier was just what we wanted and cove was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect , No complains ,right on the lake perfect location

This was a great convenient place to stay for us. Inside was bright and clean. I only have a few things to talk about. There are some webs and spiders on the upper balcony that freaked us out at first. There is a wasp problem around the boat slip. Went through two cans to get rid of what was a threat to my daughter who is allergic. I am sure we will book again.

Great house/condo. Nice amount of room for the family. Nice and spacious. Pretty views from most all rooms. Full use of lake with boat and jet ski docks. Great vantage point for fireworks. Very nicely appointed, clean and nice. My wife thought a king bed would be a nice improvement for the master.
