The property was absolutely amazing and has everything you need for your stay including corn hole, beach gear, a golf cart, chairs, and a full equipped house! The location is great. The view is great and the house is directly across the road from the pedestrian beach access- perfect for going to the beach. The interior of the home is gorgeous and updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. John, the host, was so amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and was super communicative. I couldn’t recommend this property more!

We just left the house this morning. Six adults were there for a week. It was wonderful. I have never been in a beach rental that provided so much for the renters. If you are flying in, you don't have to worry, everything is provided! We loved having the golf to lug chairs and our canopy to the beach! We hope to rent again in the future.

Great location with a very nice view of the ocean. The beach access is just steps away.Golf cart is a definite plus. The house is very clean. Our family will definitely rent again in the future.

You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this property! They have everything you need. We really enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. You have a direct view of the water. The gated outside area was also a plus for our dog. 100% recommend staying here!!

What a beautiful house and location. Lots of room and you can cook anything you want in that great kitchen. Furniture and beds we perfect. We loved having a golf cart and easy access to the beach. The outside shower helped keep the sand outside. Fenced in yard for the dog made us all relax even more. Don’t miss out on staying here.

One of the best homes I’ve rented! The owners have thought of every little detail. The house is neat and clean and decorated with a fun beachy vibe. It’s close enough to walk to the beach, but also includes a golf cart to cruise around on. The view off the balcony is the best part- you have a straight view out to the ocean. The host is a quick communicator and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house!

What an epic trip with the grandchildren for Spring break. The house was a block from the pedestrian beach, play ground and fishing jetty. The G babies loved having their own room complete with TV in their room. We enjoyed our coffee and beautiful sunrise. Did I mention it was dog friendly???? Our dog lived the private fenced in yard. So many great memories and fire pit for s’mores! Create great memories. This vacation did. Not disappoint!

Property was everything advertised and more. Very clean, super nice design and furnishings. We loved that it was gated and it was great to have use of the golf cart as well. Beach was right there nearby too.

The host was absolutely outstanding. The water in Surfside has issues, but owner has invested in a water purification system that makes this perhaps the cleanest on the island (per one of the city council members that I met while there). The scenary is awesome and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property, not only because of the property only but the professionalism and the host willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to make the time there enjoyable.

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy all Surfside has to offer. It has an amazing view and the sunrises are breathtaking! You’re in walking distance to the pedestrian beach, jetty (bring fishing poles) playground, a splash pad, and stop in and get lunch or dinner at the Jetty shack. The house was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, we had plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. This three bedroom house was roomy enough for my husband and I, our two teens, and my oldest daughter and grand babies (2/4). The golf cart is a great amenity for getting around and the grand babies enjoyed riding as much as going to the beach! The property owner quickly responded to my messages, and was willing to help us if we needed anything. We had all we needed. I would just add one suggestion and that would be to bring mosquitos spray they are bad everywhere! We really enjoyed our weekend and would love to stay at this beautiful beach house again!! Check out Brazoria wildlife refuge while in the area!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The view was beautiful especially in the morning watching the sunrise ocean view. It was windy and cloudy a couple of days so instead of going to the beach we hopped on the golf cart and went fishing. We had a great time! The house was very clean. Water pressure in showers not so good and the water had an odor but that’s to be expected in a beach fishing town. Overall great house with extras for a great price.

Gem of a beach house. Totally clean. Beautifully appointed. Really comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking and family dining. Really close walk to the pedestrian beach but inclusion of the golf cart in the rental was super helpful for moving fishing gear, beach chairs and kids’ toys back and forth between house and beach - much appreciated. In short, we loved it and really look forward to renting it again.
