Swim Up zimmer sehr cool. Reinigungskraft war sehr lieb.
Mitarbeiter sind sehr eingebildet und haben mir das Gefühl vermittelt, als würden sie über mich & meine Frau lästern. Abends wurde an der reception tiktok videos gedreht und den Gästen keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Hatte das zimmer für 3 Tage gebucht und habe nach einer Nacht ausgecheckt. Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück.

Friendly and attentive staff. Allowed for an earlier check-in. Deposit of 3,000 baht was promptly returned upon check out. Amazing pools. Room service was great too. Location wise, probably the best in Kamala because the hotel is close enough to the beach and town but far away enough that it feels somewhat secluded. The 4 lane road to cross to get to the beach was really fine. Could be an issue for less abled people. Next time, I would like to book a pool access room because they looked so lovely and private. Baan Mai massage outside was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Everything was going great until I tried the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately for 900 baht, guests are being severely overcharged for poor quality items. It's okay I only tried it once because I had gone to a Big C to get all my breakfast items/snacks earlier on.

the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the property itself. The fact that they have 2 swimming pools. one at the main floor and the second on the last floor.
I did not like the down payment of security of 3000 Bat. and i did not like the fact that they are charging 500 Bat for each lost plastic Key.

Breakfast was excellent with plentiful food. Great variety of food available.
Staff were incredibly helpful particularly the Manager at Reception and Meo, food and beverage Manager.
Beach opposite the hotel was clean with plenty of lounges and open space.
The penthouse pool is amazing but it needed more lounges. The pool on ground level is mainly for those rooms with access to the pool so there was a lack of available lounges. Access to the beach is over a four lane main road and it really needs a person monitoring traffic to allow for safe passage across the road. These are certainly not criticisms but just suggestions.

very well equipped and cozy room, nice design. the whole hotel is beautiful. very close to beachfront.
a small mark about cleaning. we never had enough soap in our room. so always it was necessary to call for soap. a bit stupid.

-le petit dejeuné qui n'est pas mal
- l'hotel est moderne , les tv sont de dernieres generation, les équipement de la chambre également .
- le roof top est vraiment le plus de cet hotel
- la piscine
- la propreté
- le personnel très gentil
- au pied de l'hotel , un massage independant tres tres bien et pas cher ( 7 euros 1h ! )
malheureusement on peut avoir le meilleur produit du monde si les services ne vont pas avec ça le dénature fortement
- le restaurant n'est vraiment pas bon
- la lenteur du service de cuisine . le restaurant etait vide le soir , je me demandais ou etaient tous les touristes , et j'ai compris après en rentrant dans un petit resto qui etait au pied de l'hotel ... la qualité du restaurant n'est pas au rendez vous
- aucun service proposé pour des activités comme le ferait un resort de cette qualité
- le personnel est adorable mais ne comprend pas un mot de ce qu'on raconte . je pensai que ça venait de mon anglais mais ça m'a rassurée en voyant que tout le monde galérait autant que moi à se faire comprendre .
- j'avais choisi une chambre avec vue sur piscine et je me suis retrouvée avec une chambre vue sur un mur , chambre très sombre ( bien que la chambre soit très sympa ) mais pas ce pour quoi j'avais payé
- hotel bien placé mais route très dangereuse à traverser ! a pied on joue sa vie !
- ne vous fiez pas à la vue sur booking c'est le projet 3D

Roof top was nice
Construction still on going. Car park was a bit tight. Location is average (no beach front). Breakfast variety and quality was average, based on the price we pay for the hotel/night. In summary, not value for money compared with other places that is of similar per night rates.
