Very nice unit in great location. Loved the spacious bedrooms and the deck views. Our host was very responsive in answering all of our questions prior to the visit. He also provided useful information to us about Seabrook in general

This was our first time renting anything other than a hotel. We went to Seabrook Island for a wedding and it was a short 2 night stay. Having never been there before or renting a place not a hotel, the whole process was a learning experience. We thought you just show up like you do at a hotel and that’s it. 😂 Lucky for us Brian the owner was excellent and responsive. We learned the island is totally gated so we had to go through a process to get a QR code for a gate pass. Then we learned it is a cashless Island so you need to get an “Amenity” card that is tied to your credit card and is all you use inside the gate. Definitely not simple but Brian did a great job sending me information and getting me the phone number for the Amenity card. Once that was all set we were good to go and able to get right in with no stress after an 8 hour drive and we enjoyed our two days immensely. The unit was gorgeous and has a fantastic balcony and view. Great location for the wedding as it was an easy walk to the ceremony on the water and the reception in the ballroom of the club house. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
