Great location, clean & tidy. Cute little place. Had everything there we needed.

Beautiful, cosy, well appointed “container”. Lovely grounds, fire pits and bbq area. Sorry we weren’t here longer to enjoy it all. Will definitely be back with our e-bikes next time!😁
Only downside was that you could hear the traffic passing on the main road but did not worry us. It’s only the odd truck that you hear.

The place is so stylish and it have everything we need! We enjoyed our stay there esp the heater in the bathroom, the views, wood fire and the privacy! Its an instagram worthy space for sure! Thank you.
The heater is bit too loud above the fold up bed but if we switched it off then it became too cold in the middle of the night. Would love to have an electric blanket, then it would be perfect! Also the stoves couldn't fit two cookwares (e.g. a pot and a pan) but it is totally ok, we made it work.

We really appreciated the quality of this property as well as the cleanliness. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable space. Walking the rail trail was pleasant as well. The hosts have done a great job!
Perhaps some cover over the deck. It was nice to sit in the sun on a cold afternoon but when it rained there was no shelter so we couldn't open the doors or sit outside.

Could have done with some shade / weather awning outside as we had both sunny and a day of rain ,also a few extra towels as we had no way of drying the ones we had

Wow! We had such a great time here. The space is long and roomy. It's been very well thought of and laid out. It was warm. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The rail trail is right in front of the accommodation. We went for a run on it one morning, had it to ourselves, and a group of baby ducks. I hope to come back. Thank you Mandy for having us, would've loved to meet you to thank you in person.
What's not to like.
Only thing, but that's me, I'm a light sleeper and always take earplugs with me. I did have to use them. The big logging trucks swoosh by very early in the day and late at night. A bit noisy. But we had a great sleep

I loved absolutely everything about this place! Great placed to stay if you are riding in Derby! I will be back for sure. LOVED IT !!

Everything ! The vibe here is amazing. I’m a mum of 3 and they also loved it! We had a fire, neighbours were delightful, room is spectacular! Will def be coming back cause this place is IT! Great job guys - you should be proud !!

Great location right beside the North East Rail trail.
Super clean, new fit out. Minimal road noise from the highway on a Friday evening, a quiet stay.
Facilities are top notch, I had a fantastic 2 nights at Rail Trail Retreat cycling and running and getting out of the noise of Launceston.
Comfy bed, Country Road toweling, thoughtful extras in the kitchen.

Presentation and Decor was excellent, layout was excellent, kitchen is great with enough bench space and the breakfast bench is perfect. Cleanliness was great. The location was great for us also. The guest information book had info about local businesses which was also handy. WiFi was excellent, the TV was good. The hot water was reliable and the water pressure was great. The larger shower was luxurious. And the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser is a great eco friendly idea. Loved the washing machine and air drying rack, thankyou. And the little Shark vacuum cleaner!
We really enjoyed our stay, some improvements could be Larger quilt on bed maybe 2 sizes up, + electric blanket for winter.

Great property on the edge of town. Very cosy and comfortable. All the furnishings and linen was first class.
Found this place by chance and couldn’t be happier. Rail trail at back door virtually.
