Everything was fantastic. The hotel was so clean, the food excellent, the staff always with a smile on their face willing to assist. We will definitely visit again and recommend it to others.

They had a good breakfast buffet. Their pool area was nice and modern, also their lobby was quite nice. The hotel has just been renovated and most parts of the hotel were clean. There was also live events during nights such as a live performance at the pool bar.

When you look at the hotel pictures, they never show you the hotel from the outside, this is because the hotel is actively going through renovations and it is not yet complete. In our room our A/C unit was making loud sounds when turned on high. We asked for maintenance to come check some things out in our room, they never came. TV Casting also didn't work. We paid extra for dinner at the hotel which they said everything is included, the waiter asked us if we would be having wine but they didn't tell us it would be extra. The hotel is lacking decorations and colors. When you look at the pictures you would assume this is a very luxurious hotel but in reality it is just being renovated and some stuff are very old. Their staff isn't well trained yet specially their waiters. It would have been so much better if they opened when the hotel is actually ready and I would suggest they post what their hotel looks like on the outside.

The outdoor swimming pool

The spa was a mess The room is not like the photo The bathroom was so creepy with cracks on the walls Wall paint was all over the place They did not even clean the pain from the furniture It was smelling bad due to being still under construction You could not relax there Also the spa has nothing to do with the photos provided

Breakfast was nice

Obviously new hotel so not finished properly. Spa has hanging wires. Sauna and steam room when I was there wasn’t working. Hotel architecture isn’t the best. It’s an old building, has low ceilings for the bedroom. Horrible carpets. Just average. Not a typical 5 star hotel and pictures are CGI. If you want 5 star stay somewhere else like the Elysium hotel in paphos. 3.5/4 star is a fair representation. Gym is non existent. Barely any machines.
